Lyxig lägenhet med 2 sovrum Kortaste promenad till Disney

Underbart öppet koncept huvudbyggnadsgolv med komplett kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Köket har alla nya apparater i rostfritt stål, bänkskivor i granit, ryggplatta i travertin och anpassade skåp. Matsal med plats för 4 personer med extra sittplatser i bänkskivan i granit. Familjerum har överdimensionerad soffa med 47 "LCD-TV med kabel. Hejhastighets trådlöst internet och gratis amerikansk rikstäckande telefontjänst i USA. Ligger precis utanför köket är en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gästbruk tillsammans med ett halvt badkar.

Sovrummen ligger på andra våningen. Ett sovrum med Cal-King-badrum med eget badrum och ett barnrum med full över full våningssäng. Det finns en hall i badrummet med en dusch / badkar combo. Sovrummen har uppgraderad matta med laminatgolv i resten av hemmet. Alla rum har 43 'TV

Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, paket och lekstol för ditt barn och småbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sängkläder. Hemmet har central luft och värme. På den bakre uteplatsen finns en grill med uteplats. Denna gemenskap har flera pooler och lekplats och handlar om en 5-minuters promenad till spårvagnen Disneyland på Magic Way.

Från och med 1 januari 2017 har staden minskat beläggningen i alla hem. Detta hus sovplatser 6 i sängar och har en MAXIMAL LÄKEMEDEL är 7 på varje tid.

The house was perfect for my family of 6. It was the perfect distance walk but it was rough agter 13 hours at Disneyland.We sisnt lile that the air conditioner only went to 82 degrees, wish it went cooler especially after a hot day at Disneyland. We also wish that there was scissor to cut our mole skin for our blosters. Since we flew, we coulsnt take them on the plane

I don’t think check in could be any easier. We used the bellhop grocery delivery service and arrived to a kitchen stocked with our groceries (eggs, milk, bottled water, fruits & vegs, cheese, etc. We were able to cook every day and found all the appliances, utensils, pans, etc. we needed. Nice gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, hot pot all in good order.

This place was very clean, plenty of space for 6 of us, and is within walking distance to Disneyland! I also love that they offer a grocery delivery service before arrival so we didn't have to go to the store as soon as we got there. I highly recommend!

Proximity to Disneyland is perfect

Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.

Good not great….needs some updates.

A previous reviewer nailed it when they referenced the amount of rules and associated charges. We felt a bit constrained to do anything, even turn on the TV’s. We had the misfortune of one of the carbon monoxide detectors chirping the first 2 nights. The maintenance guy responded amazingly but replaced the smoke detectors the first go around and got to the carbon monoxide detectors on the second trip. Also had a load of sand deposited on the sidewalk before the front step so it was getting tracked into the unit. But the biggest issue is the lack of overhead lighting in the master and second bedroom. The master had a single bedside lamp that gave the room a camping vibe. It’s fine if you’re camping but not in a master bedroom. The other perplexing thing was a text we got warning us of the mosquitos and to keep the doors and windows closed but when we arrived the windows in both rooms were open. So overall it was fine and getting to and from Disney was great but I don’t think I would choose this unit again.

Short Walk to Disneyland

This unit is just a short walk to Downtown Disney and the Monorail into Disneyland, which was a huge bonus of the location. The unit was clean and had the basic supplies ready. Unit was updated but could have used some work with the fine details. Outside of the complex needs some updated, but area felt very safe to walk around. Pool and hot tub were a great place to relax. We took advantage of an extra service offered to have groceries delivered to the unit and placed in the kitchen before our arrival. That was AMAZING and time saver. Setbacks- Outside of the units need updating, would have liked staples like coffee or cooking oil supplied and check out time (10:00) was a bit early.

Truly walkable, great for families

This is truly right across from the tram that takes you to Disney. There is a busy-ish road to cross, but it has stoplights on either side and a median with trees that you could wait on, so we felt safe crossing even with a double stroller. 10 minutes or less to get to security and then hop on a tram! You can also go down a few extra blocks to the cross walk if preferred. Perfect to just walk back for those afternoon naps! You can see fireworks from the condo too!We had 4 adults, a toddler and baby. They provided a pack n play, stroller, and high chair. Also toys and books in the upstairs closet! We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves! Good water pressure and comfy beds. Only bummer was we couldn’t figure out how stream anything other than Kids Netflix. But there may be a way to get more if you message the owner (we didn’t). Very clean condo. Extra pillows and blankets provided too. I’d recommend this place and we’d definitely stay again.

Second time staying

We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Best perks are the distance from Disney parks and that it has both a double and single stroller. Managers were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Celebratory Disney Trip

The location is great! This is our second trip to Disneyland where we stayed at one of their properties. There were a couple of things that we thought would be different. There were no tissues, the lighting in the bedrooms could be better, a second side-table in the master bedroom, better access to outlets near beds for charging devices, and a table or dresser in the second bedroom would be helpful.

Great distance from Disney

This property was good for the money. Pros: Clean, safe, well detailed and smooth booking and check in, close to Disney. Cons: Musky smell when walking in Really sharp corner when walking up the stairs that should be guarded. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent stay!

Very clean! Great location! Nicely decorated. Loved the option to have groceries delivered before our arrival. The only negatives are minor - the water heater is noisy and some of the bedroom outlets need replaced. But everything else was excellent!
