🏡 Joyful Vacation Home 🏡

As you enter the home, you will be greeting by a cozy living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling and exploring. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, where you can enjoy family dinner with your loved ones. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meals during your stay, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes.
The home had three spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable beds. Our first bedroom has 2 full-sized beds, our 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and third bedroom has other queen size bed. On top of that we also have a big comfy sofa for more sleeping space.
The patio is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a comfortable seating area. The home also has a comfortable seating area. Our home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Our neighborhood is quiet with short drive to Disneyland, Anaheim Conventional Center, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby.

Great stay away from the Disney crowds

We stayed for a weekend at Disneyland with our college aged kids and two of their friends. The house accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. Driving down from the Bay Area on a Friday evening left us checking in after midnight due to traffic, i was able to easily reach the owner/manager to let them know of our arrival and it made for an effortless contactless check in. The house itself sits in a neighborhood less than 10 minutes (street lights, no freeway travel) away from the Disney parks. This made our stay the perfect place to rest. The kitchen and dining room sat us all comfortably for meals in and we appreciated a decently stocked coffee area. (Bring your own cream & sugar). There is a washer and dryer that we didn’t need, but it was nice to have that option. It’s important to note that there’s a full bath and a half bath in the primary, so sharing a shower amongst 6 adults required some coordination. The property manager/owner was quick to respond to my messages- albeit minimal. Check out was effortless, they don’t require you to clean the house (pulling bedding, loading dishwasher, taking out trash - yes, some vacation rental properties require this) before leaving although that was something we were accustomed to do. We just made sure to tidy up and do a full sweep of any belongings left behind. Needless to say, we’d stay here again.

Great Stay for Disney

Our family enjoyed this home while we were in town for Disney. It is about a 10 minute Uber ride to the park and we had no issues with rides to or from. The beds are firm as another reviewer said, but after a day at the park, we slept very well! The home was clean and worked great for our needs - and Arlene and Teddy were very kind with prompt communication. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, great location for Disneyland

This was an excellent place for 6 of us to stay! We could park in the driveway, it was a quick 10 minute drive to Disneyland, the small family living on site was wonderful and friendly (they live in a separate suite, this was a very private stay, we only ran into them in the driveway one morning). The host was very responsive and helpful when we had questions/concerns. Thanks for having us Teddy!

Good choice if sleeping only

This house was not in the nicest neighborhood we realized as we arrived. When the listing states there is a back house with manager on site, they mean they converted two bedrooms by cutting them in half and closed off half the house, so the remaining bedrooms don't have windows and you're able to hear the adjoining neighbors. My primary reason for not getting a hotel was the access to a washer and dryer but the washer cannot be used due to the smell. The entire house is impacted by this smell. When I notified the manager there was zero offer of consolation and she said she wished the manager could have fixed it. There is no fixing the smell coming out of that washing machine. There is nowhere to sit comfortably, so my kids consistently chose the floor. When we arrived there was trash in every trash can, literally every room, and also leftover food in the fridge. Again, the owner only said she wished the manager on site could have been notified so they could fix it. Frankly the house should be clean and useable as listed without the client being inconvenienced by waiting on someone to address multiple issues. We will not be staying here again and wish we'd have realized that we'd have no privacy and feel unsafe in this location.

Great stay

The house was really nice. When we stayed it was really hot outside and it was so nice having a good, working AC to come home to. The beds were also super comfortable and I slept great. Arlene and Teddy were great to work with and were available to answer all our questions. I am really glad we stayed here instead of a hotel.
