Place was extremely clean, (I think this was the first time I didn’t have to clean anything when I got to a vacation house), close to the beach and it was very relaxing sitting outside on the deck at night, listening to the ocean. “First visit ever to St. Augustine Beach and we will be back. Perfect size condo for our family (6 adults and 2 kids - 3 & 8). Very well maintained grounds at Ocean Villas and the condo looks to have been recently upgraded. Locals said our timing was perfect as the crowds and traffic will pick up. We had zero hassles. 2nd floor unit was steps from the elevator and we easily transitioned chairs, umbrellas and coolers/snacks to the beach. Of the two pools, our youngest really enjoyed the zero depth...
