“The location of this property is poor. Walking down the halls we would occasionally smell marijuana. My children and I felt targeted after coming back to our room to find both of the wall sconce lights on either side of our room broken and pointing to our room door like a spotlight (the other lights down the halls were all perfectly in order). “There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.”

“The staff for the most part was great with the exception that they kept putting my room number wrong for late check out which caused them to enter my room at 10am on my last day. The do not disturb sign was on the door and we were still sleeping. I was told I could check out late at 2pm, then told that was incorrect due to booking through a 3rd party. There were small black ants in the room. The pool was cloudy looking the whole stay so we could not use it. The breakfast was ok and typical....

“Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. I called early in the morning and requested room cleaning service. The front desk representative told me the message would be relayed to housekeeping, but no one ever came to clean the room during my stay. When I followed up, there didn't seem to be much concern or effort to resolve the issue. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The mattress felt extremely firm, and I could feel the springs through it. For reference, I only weigh around 140 lbs, so...

“Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel.”
