“Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. ”

“The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Mountain views with beautiful plants and roaming llamas and peacocks. Breakfast was delicious and the playground fun for kids. The only down side are the beds were very uncomfortable in our room. If you like an extra firm mattress this is the place for you”
