Kom gör dina egna familje minnen pÄ vÄrt familjehus hus! Vi har den fjÀrde generationen av vÄr familj njuter av det hÀr lilla lilla huset. Detta 3 sovrum / 2 badrum hus ligger pÄ en privat skogsbelyst mycket pÄ sjön Hartwell. Denna fastighet ligger bara en kort bilresa till lokala sevÀrdheter. Vi Àr 20 minuter utanför Anderson, cirka 30 minuter frÄn Clemson, 20 minuter frÄn Hartwell GA, och 50 minuter frÄn staden Greenville SC.

Du kommer fortfarande ha nÄgra av de bÀsta utsikterna pÄ sjön. Kom och titta pÄ solnedgÄngen över sjön pÄ Sunset Lane!
Vi Àr inom gÄngavstÄnd till JARRET BOAT RAMP som har parkeringsplats. VÄr uppfart Àr stor nog för din bÄt trailer ocksÄ.

Detta hus har 3 sovrum och 2 badrum. Sovrummet - queen size-sÀng med eget badrum. Mitt sovrummet - queen size-sÀng. VÄningssÀngrummet - 2 uppsÀttningar med 2 vÄningssÀngar (4 sovplatser). Badrummet Àr mellan sovrummen. Det finns en platt-TV i varje sovrum och hallen. TV: n kommer med alla lokala kanaler och en ROKU med massor av kabelkanaler och Netflix. Vi har Àven ESPN-kanalen för att titta pÄ sport. Denen har en bekvÀm lÀder soffa & kÀrlek sits med 4 fÄtöljer och tvÄ fÄtöljer. Köksbordet sitter 6 och det finns ocksÄ 4 barstolar i baren. Huset kommer med hög hastighet WIFI ocksÄ!

Great view

No screened in porch. Porch fans were broken. Grills were unuseable. Dead trees that presented danger. Fell directly on the path to the dock. Had to purchase my own grill. Minor setback but a good place over all.

One of Our Favorites

We have stayed at this house two times. You will love the flat lot, location right at the boat ramp, dock, fully stocked kitchen with everything labeled, hot tub, and an outside porch for dining!

Great stay

Perfect for fishing tournaments. Cindy is so nice and easy to communicate with. Check in was easy. Plenty of room for boats with trailers. The hot tub was a plus for the kiddos. Will definitely stay again

Relaxing getaway

Being right on the water made for beautiful views all day. The hot tub was nice. Everything was clean. Plenty of amenities. Easy access to town for groceries and restaurants

Displaced due to hurricane Helene


Cindy was wonderful! I had a last minute, emergency housing scramble due to the hurricane
Cindy was quick to communicate and open up her home for me
 she allowed an early check in, which was greatly appreciated, and even worked with me on a ‘no pet-policy’
 during an extremely stressful time in my life, she made things a lot smoother for me
 her place was very clean, quiet and peaceful
 it was a beautiful spot on the lake with lots of lake toys
 the yard was spacious and private and filled with deer!! Just what i needed while i recharged my ‘battery’
. Thank you Cindy for a wonderful stay!

Heaven With a View

Nice and relaxing getaway

So many great things to say about this place. They had a little bit for everyone to do. We rented this place for my birthday weekend to celebrate and bring our boat. We were pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed the covered boat dock! The house was spacious and had everything labeled and easy to find. We found a spot in the water to anchor the boat and get in the water. Suggest bringing water shoes if you get in the water off the property that was fun too. Literally have great things to say! Would for sure rent again! Just a side note I would not recommend “the local pub and eatery” we were there for 2.5 hours with terrible food and serve! However we did find the Public well cafe and pizza hands down fantastic atmosphere and great prices family owned.

I didn’t like owner coming to property while we were there. She came 3 times, 2 times to water the yard flowers. And one more time to mow a very small patch of grass, about the size of 2 cars. I felt like we were being watched. Also you can not eat the fish in this lake. We did notice a catfish had a big sore on them. This makes you question swimming here.

Family vacation and fishing trip

Was a perfect spot to stay while the boys were fishing a tournament. The lake was great to swim in and the game room at the house had plenty of things to do also.

House was super clean, great location, Super Host Cindy. House was well stocked and super clean. Game room was great. fish cleaning table on dock was stupendous. We caught a lot of fish. Boat launch was a really short walk.

Lakehouse retreat

Beautiful lakefront property. It was just 3 of us and we used every inch of the outside property and especially loved the game room! Its like having your own private beach and waterfront as you just step outside! The host was so gracious and very accessible if you have questions. Good spiritual vibes as well! Loved it

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house! We enjoyed the dock and kayaking and the game room in the garage was great. Cindy was awesome and we had no complaints about the house. Very relaxing weekend!
