Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. "Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day. But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded. Room and breakfast nice though. "
