“Very nice place in lovely Manchester. Picked the hotel because it has pool and the kids love that, especially when it is as hot as it was this day. But we were told that the pool pump was broken since several days and the front desk didn’t seem to care at all about it or that we were disappointed. Not so serviceminded. Room and breakfast nice though. ”

“Great location for Okemo skiing. Only about 10 mins drive away. But there’s no daily house keeping - you’d have to put garbage and towels outside in the morning. But the price reflects that and I’m ok with it. ”

They very conveniently offered 24/7 coffee and a welcoming lobby area. I can confidently say the next time I go up to that area I will be booking a room here again.
