Familjevilla med privat pool och havsutsikt
- Extraordinära lyxvilla i Andros som kombinerar modernitet och kykladisk arkitektur som erbjuder unika stunder av avkoppling, avskildhet och vila. Villorna ligger i ett amfiteaterområde på nordvästkusten i Andros, och erbjuder en idyllisk utsikt över Egeiska havet, bara 5 minuters bilresa från sandstranden i Fellos Bay och 10 minuters bilresa från Gavrio , hamn på ön. Villorna är helt fristående, med en privat trädgård på 740 m² och en privat pool. Fastigheten byggdes med stor omsorg och utformades enligt högsta standard med selektiva material: marmor, trä och natursten.
Priserna är per villa (moms och kommunal skatt ingår) och inkluderar el, värmekostnader och även alla tjänster vi erbjuder, till exempel daglig städning. Vi erbjuder också ytterligare tjänster av vår vårdnadshavare av egendom som är skräddarsydd efter dina behov (kontakta oss för mer information).

Très belle maison avec beaucoup de charme
La maison est magnifique , très spacieuse . Idéale pour deux familles . Il y a une très belle vue . La gérante est très réactive . Le chemin d’accès est raide pour y parvenir mais la vue est magnifique . Il y a une très bonne taverne en bas de la maison . A recommander

Excellent
Très bel accueil de la gérante toute l'équipe réactive et au petit soin. Un cadeau d'accueil nous a été offert à notre arrivée et des bouées ont été achetées pour les enfants.
La villa est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Une très belle vue sur la mer.

Stunning property, immaculately kept and maintained. Beautiful furnishings.
Loved our stay and would definitely return. The local beach is beautiful and sandy, perfect shallow and calm waters for kids. Local taverna is also nice. Villa is immaculate and we were so impressed that every day the outside and inside of the villa was cleaned. The pool was perfect temperature and clean. The view and outside eating areas are stunning. Conveniently located 15 min drive from the port. A 25 min drive and there are lots of restaurants and nice bars in Betis. Access to the villa is via a very steep drive. And the last half mile is steep dirt road which might be challenging for some cars. But this is typical of Andros and part of its unspoilt charm. Our rental car did struggle. Also, the middle villa is surrounded by trees which provided lovely shade but does mean you get deafening noise from the locust / crickets if you are relaxing by the pool but we found this didn’t disturb our sleep with the windows closed.

Amazing Vacation
We are connected to Andros, visiting every year, and it was obvious for us to have our wedding here on this beautiful island of the Cyclades. Andros is clearly a special place, made by the kindness of the wonderful and friendly islanders. And with the Villa Helias, we found the perfect location for the ceremony and our honeymoon. Although it may sound like a cliché, but the property owners Korinna and Pavlos are really amazing people. As you can imagine, as foreigners having a wedding on an island requires quite some organization. We are so happy, having had Korinna and Pavlos on our side. They were entirely dedicated in their support during the whole process. They shared their ideas and expertise regarding the organization, and supported us with the local municipal, the legal paperwork, and even made it happen that the Mayor consummated the legal marriage act right here at the beautiful garden of the Villa. They provided us with the equipment needed for the celebration at the Villa, and were actually here to support us with the preparation of the arrangement of the table for 30 guests. Korinna and Pavlos did it all in their unique warm-hearted way which made us feel like family rather than tenants. True hospitality by a wonderful couple. The minute you enter Villa Helias, you feel like coming home. Obviously, Korinna and Pavlos paid attention to details and selected all with love, but without being pretentious, and lacking the sterility of other five star hotels. It is just like we said, coming home. We have been to many places around the world and met many people, but Korinna and Pavlos are truly special. They walk the talk and everything they do, they do it with their heart. We are really grateful to have met them. The Villa Helias rests exposed at the top of the hill, with an amazing and spectacular view into the other hills, the valley, and the ocean. You watch the island as it is, pure, authentic, and honest. Just sitting on the veranda makes you forget troubles at work, makes you even forget, at all. It just invites you to sit there and be while watching the surrounding in green, and in blue and in rocks. And then there are Vasilis and Alonia, lovely and wonderful people and impeccable caretakers. They are discreet, but always reachable, keeping the Villa perfect while you are out. Thank you all for a picture perfect wedding, for your kindness, and a wonderful vacation here in the Villa Helias and on the island Andros. Ariane and Eric

Île incroyable idéal pour les enfants !
Notre séjour à Andros a été des plus agréable. La villa Heliades est spacieuse, propre, confortable et superbe. Conforme à ce qu'on peut y voir sur les photos. La vue depuis la terrasse est à couper le souffle. Truffés de petits recoins pour profiter des vacances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Korinna, la propriétaire nous a confectionné un délicieux repas lors de notre arrivée le soir. L'île d'Andros est authentique. Loin des touristes en masse. La nuit, nous entendons les chèvres et le coq chanter. La cuisine grecque et délicieuse et l'accueil des Grecques et formidable. Les Tavernes sont ouvertes à tout heure. Nous avons voyagé avec nos filles. Les enfants sont des rois sur l'île. En quête d'autentisme et de calme, nous conseillons vivement cette villa et cette île qui mérite le détour. Encore un grand merci à Korinna, les cuisiniers et les gardiens pour votre chaleureux Acceuil.

The perfect holiday villa
We traveled to Andros this May with our two young children aged 3 and 6. The villa was absolutely stunning with beautiful views over to the ocean. The place was kept spotlessly clean and our villa host responded promptly to all our requests. The decor was very tasteful throughout and the villa was spacious with a large outdoor garden area and a nice pool. The kitchen was fully equipped and nicely done with all the appliances you need.
The secluded beach was about a 5 minute drive away and was gorgeous with calm waters where we would at times see lots of little fish. The marina of Andros was close to the villa as well and had a lot of little tavernas and stores to browse.
We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back.

Miss you already!
We spent 7 magical days in Villa Phivi at Heliades Villas! It was everything that we expected and then more! Amazing location, beautiful house, very private and the most amazing views! Korinna and her husband went above and beyond to make us feel at home on the beautiful island of Andros! I hope that we can go back some day soon!

Fabulous villa, ideal for a family gathering!
We stayed here for two weeks, hosting my husband's family for his 50th birthday celebrations. The villa is beautifully furbished and spacious - and with Korinna's invaluable support we were able to have a truly memorable stay. The previous reviews are very accurate - and I would echo their comments. An additional highlight for us was the fabulous Greek gourmet meal cooked for us in the villa by Erietta and her team (organised for us by Korinna). We had a combination of older and younger adults and comfortably accommodated the whole group.
