Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire condo unit, including the private furnished balcony.Self check-in is available via a secure digital lock or lockbox for easy, flexible arrival; entry details are provided prior to your stay.Parking is available on-site. Street parking is strictly prohibited by the Village of Angel Fire.In winter conditions, 4WD or AWD and tire chains may be required, as neighborhood roads can be steep, snow-packed, or icy.

Christi Villa 100 sits in an unbeatable Angel Fire location, offering a quiet neighborhood feel while keeping you moments away from the action. You can easily head over to the resort slopes, bike park, local restaurants, and shops. The surrounding Moreno Valley provides a gorgeous backdrop for hiking, while local lakes are just a short drive away for fishing and boating.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is highly recommended to easily explore the wider Enchanted Circle, Taos, and nearby state parks. On-site parking is provided. Please note that street parking is not permitted anywhere within the Village of Angel Fire. During the winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary to safely navigate snow-packed or icy mountain roads.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Quiet Hours: Observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors.

Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and only registered guests are permitted on the property.

Smoking & Pets: This is a strictly smoke-free and pet-free property.

Cooling & Heating: This home is not air-conditioned (typical for the area); the crisp mountain climate keeps it comfortable, and the home is fully heated for cooler months.

Connectivity: Equipped with complimentary high-speed internet and free WiFi, making it quick and easy for remote workers or students to stay connected.
