Two primary-style king suites, a comfortable queen room, an indoor hot tub, and a cedar sauna give everyone room to spread out and unwind after a day on the trails or the slopes.

The primary suite features a king bed, a cozy wood stove, a sitting area, and a private indoor hot tub just off the room, making it a true retreat at the end of the day.

The second bedroom offers a king bed and forest views, a comfortable space for a second couple.

The third bedroom provides additional sleeping with restful mountain views.

Additional sleeping is available in the living area to comfortably accommodate the full group.



Bathrooms

Trailhead Retreat offers three full bathrooms, giving your group plenty of flexibility for busy mornings and post-adventure showers. Each features a tub-and-shower combination, and standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

The main living area is the heart of the home, with a soaring wood ceiling, a stone wood-burning fireplace, comfortable seating, and a TV. Large windows and a glass door open to the deck, bringing the surrounding aspens inside. The open layout flows easily between the living room, dining area, and kitchen, making it especially comfortable for families and groups.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts before the trails to relaxed dinners at the end of the day, with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, and ample prep space. A breakfast bar offers casual seating, and the adjacent dining table seats six near windows that frame the forest.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, the wraparound deck, and the indoor hot tub and sauna. Self check-in is available via lockbox or keypad, and instructions are provided prior to arrival. Parking is available in the driveway just in front of the home for up to 3 vehicles, along with a two-car garage. In winter conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required to reach the home due to steep, snow-packed mountain roads.



The Neighborhood:

Trailhead Retreat sits on three private acres in Angel Fire, next to the golf course yet tucked into the aspens with hiking and biking trails just outside the door. You are close to the Enchanted Circle Gateway Museum, Carson National Forest, Coyote Creek State Park, and Eagle Nest Lake, with downtown Angel Fire about four miles away for dining and shops.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended to reach the home and explore the area. In winter, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required for the steep, snow-packed mountain roads. Cell service in Angel Fire can be unreliable during holidays and peak season, so please plan accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Dog-friendly with prior approval and any applicable pet fee, up to 1 dog.

No smoking, parties, or events.

This home does not have air-conditioning, which is rarely needed at this elevation.

The home has multiple levels and stairs, including exterior stairs from the parking area.

The wood-burning fireplace uses provided Duraflame-style logs.

The home runs on a septic system, so please flush only toilet paper.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is required to reach the home in winter.
