Property Owners saved our visit
After arriving to steps & deck needing shoveling, we discovered there was NO water at the property. Upon contacting Vacasa we were told to hunt down a turn off valve. Unable to locate that, we were then told there was & has been a city wide outage for the last couple days. So we should hurry to the store before closing to buy water & then submit a receipt. After hurrying to the store and shoveling the steps. The property owner arrived at the main house & apologized for the need to shovel stating the property manager should have had that done. Then the owner provided a couple jugs of water & was disappointed that the property manager had done so little. We were without water for over half our stay and ONLY stayed due to the kindness & compassion of the owner. Overall, the property itself was great and the owner were amazing. We will avoid other Vacasa homes in the future What a huge difference it would have made to have had several jugs of water already at the property prior to our arrival - that would have been good customer service.

Decent location terrible host
We were excited to stay here, location was good but when we showed there was an old trash hot water heater in the entrance. hmm ok. When we got in there was no heat, so I reached out to the host. Nothing. As the evening continued on we found we were missing to weeks and bedding for our kids. Reached out to host, still nothing. Called vrbo and was informed they would try and contact the host. 9pm came and nothing. So my family and I froze with little to no bedding and the host never bothered to reach out. The shower is covered in mold, the house is absolutely covered in crucifixes, and the lack of any help is terrible. No heat and bedding is inexcusable. We left at 9am the next morning and I messaged the host to let them know, nothing back. I am expecting vrbo to do the right thing and refund our money but if you decide to book stay away from this one.

Great place to stay, even better view!!
We had a great stay at this townhome. Great, quiet location with stunning views. Had everything we needed that made our stay comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is a 4 wheel drive as the driveway is very steep. When it warms up to around 32 degrees it can be muddy.

Mountain Vistas Perfect for a Couple
At 8K+ altitude, we enjoyed the aspens among the pines with wonderful views from inside and on the deck. Unit A is separated from Unit B by a breezeway, with connected decks. The efficient open floor plan with the small bedroom that is without a door might be not private enough for more than one couple. Thankfully we brought 100% cotton sheets, because the ones on the bed, though colorful, were partly synthetic, which causes restless legs and poor sleep. Wish we had brought clothes hangers, kitchen pot holders, a sheet pan for the oven… But the excellent views, cleanliness, and moderate price of this beauty was worth those inconveniences. We would enjoy staying here again!

This is not a true 1 bedroom (or a "loft-style" as they say). It's a studio with a two-thirds partition wall. The property manager is a corporation, and while they are very responsive, interactions lack a personal touch. They're also very rigid about check-in and check-out, but may offer extensions for a fee. The bathroom was not very clean and the sofa bed was not premade with sheets. The spare sheets and pillows were very low quality. The sofa was stained in several places. The kitchen was clean but barely had what we needed (I couldn't find any coffee and was glad I brought some from home). The location was excellent and the large glass offered a wonderful view of the stars. Despite the beauty of the location, I can't help feeling like it's overpriced, and that this management corp is not the best.

50th Anniversary
The views are beautiful and we really enjoyed the hiking trails out the back door! I would recommend this house and look forward to our next trip there.

This property is ideal for two people. It is at the end of the road high up the mountain side. It was very quite and peaceful. There is plenty of room with a nice size kitchen and living area. We would definitely stay again.

Cozy mountain stay
Perfect place for two- remote condo with amazing views. Full kitchen, nice living and a big deck. Beautiful drive to the condo and easy parking. Enjoyed relaxing and watching Hulu and Netflix. Made a couple of meals in the kitchen and had all we needed- spices, pans, etc. Our only issue was the tv was small and the sound was going out so it had some weird static at times. Bed was comfy for me but hubby found it too firm of a mattress. Overall we would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Great place!
The unit was very nice and nestled in a quiet, peaceful area. So many deer came up the driveway in the mornings! I would have liked the outdoor lights to stay on instead of being set to motion only. It snowed a little bit and it would have been nice to watch the nighttime snow from inside. I had to get used to not have any window coverings in the living room/kitchen area, but it was very pretty to have it all open in the morning and throughout the day. Check in and checkout was easy. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with lots of pans and utensils to use for easy cooking. Overall, the unit was very enjoyable and I highly recommend to others!

Nice unit for a couple. Great views and access to hiking trails.
Refreshing. Nice overall. A few minor inconveniences with kitchen equipment but able to make it work. Loved the wrap around deck, views, and nature/animals. Comfortable and clean. A plus for us is we have an EV and there was an outside electrical outlet for us to recharge. Thanks!

Nice place to stay
My husband and I booked this stay a week before our trip and we weren't expecting anything fancy, this cabin was comfy (no frills). The linens were shabby, the dishes and basic supplies were minimal. Adding roller shades/blinds in the main room would be very helpful so you don't get a sunburn while sitting in that room. It was a clean cabin, nice location, and safe. The grill didn't work very well but we made it work. Overall, it was a good stay.

Gorgeous View!
My sister and I enjoyed our stay so much! It was so beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to relax, chill and enjoy the view.

Nice place for 2 people. Great views. Quiet and relaxing . We had no internet (a stated amenity) and the grill was not usable. Limited utensils for eating. We talked to the property manager and got a promise to get the internet but it never happened.

My husband and I had a great time in NM in the spring, and loved the view from our condo! We saw plenty of elk and there were tons of hiking trails all around! Great cozy place for a couple!

Private, easy-access, great space for the price
Overall I would recommend this place for anyone needing minimal amenities, but wanting more privacy than a condo. Would stay again. We only had one issue - the place was not cleaned when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves, but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. Other than that all of our needs were met. We spent our days skiing on the mountain, so the place was used as a resting spot after our outdoor activities. We primarily cooked, due to COVID pandemic, and the kitchen was minimally stocked. I would have liked better utensils/knives/cutting boards for food prep (or would have liked to know in advanced so I could bring my own), however we made it work.

This is a studio, not a 1 bedroom
The listing is misleading because it says it is a 1 bedroom when it is in fact a studio. An important distinction when you're traveling with an infant and are trying to separate sleeping spaces by a door, when in fact there is none (it's difficult to determine this from the photos). Communication with the property manager was not great. I emailed a question that the completely ignored. I also asked for an additional hour at checkout and was told we could not have it because the cleaners were showing up promptly at 10 AM. Normally this wouldn't bother me BUT: 1. We arrived at 3:50 PM and waited in the car until 4:05 PM because the apartment was still being cleaned when we got there. 2. The adjacent unit (same property manager) left at 9 am left the day before and no one showed up to care for the place until 9 pm that day. We took their trash out for them as a result (around 4 pm) because we didn't want bears to show up on our deck and we gave up on the property manager showing up to care for the place. (Clearly, things are not cleaned promptly.) LAST, the instructions in the apartment tell you to take out your own trash in town but don't give you any directions as to where to take the trash to. Address was not correct in google, my husband found a cop who told him where the trash station had moved to. While I would rather not take out my own trash to town, I certainly expect better directions if I'm expected to do so. My gripes are mostly inconvenient details that I expect to not have to deal with. In general, the place is charming, location is good, and the view is beautiful.
