Valley View Cabin, New Hot Tub, Close to Ski Lifts!

This beautiful chalet-style cabin sleeps up to 14 and offers everything you need for a great mountain getaway. It's super close and convenient to the ski mountain and has gorgeous views. Enjoy the new 6-person hot tub, WiFi and Satellite TV. The hot tub is just steps away - the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain. The master bedroom also has a beautiful jetted tub. Enjoy the valley views while grilling on the new gas grill or just relaxing on the deck. The open concept living area lets you enjoy the view from inside and the gorgeous stone fireplace will keep you warm. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook up your favorite meals. There are 3 bedroom and a loft with bunk beds. Downstairs is a bonus game/bunk room that is perfect for the kids. It comes complete with a a double shot competition basketball game, board games and TV. Outside you can enjoy the large firepit, perfect for making s'mores and enjoying the nighttime sky. This cozy cabin is perfect for making memories that will last a lifetime!

4WD is strongly recommended for this property in the winter. Driveway will be plowed when we received more than 4 inches of snow. In December 2024 we put significant improvements into the driveway.

The host was great even let us check in early. The house was great and clean, which we appreciate as we have been in some dirty places. Loved everything it had to offer. The only thing we would change is the main floor just got so hot it was hard for family sleeping in the bedrooms on that floor to get comfortable.

Great view and good location

I never thought about looking in advance to the location of the property we decided to stay at, but the location was perfect for us. Very close to town yet seemed very remote. The location had a great view and large deck. The place was very clean, lots of things included (kitchen items, towels, games, fans, etc.). We used some of the sugar in the kitchen and made hummingbird food for the feeder outside. We would definitely stay here again - my wife finally got comfortable with the steep driveway. :)

TONS OF POTENTIAL

Our family of 3 booked this for the location, hot tub and game room. The location and hot tub are fantastic. However, there are a ton of other things that drastically need repair and updating. The beds and linens are the worst that I have ever slept on and I travel extensively for work. The BBQ grill is literally falling apart, the only thing that worked in the game room was basketball (not even a ball for fussball), lightbulbs out in several places and cleanliness was not the best. This place has so much potential, but needs attention to small detail. We had such high hopes for this place, but unfortunately booked a different location for our next trip.

Loved it

This cabin had plenty! It had ample amount of towels. It had everything you would need. The kitchen had every utensil, pot, pan and baking dish. Also had snacks that we were welcome to. I highly recommend.

Weekend ski trip

We had an amazing time here! Only 1 minute away from the ski resort, was a nice place and very good communication with barb she was excellent! We were able to get into our cabin two hours earlier then expected since we arrived early, my only thing would be most of the mattress need an upgrade other than that it was a 10/10

Christmas Ruined

We booked this location after our rental in another location burned in the forest fires. Up to our departure, everything was wonderful. Perfect location, nice home, great amenities - everything we were looking for for our family Christmas ski trip. A day after leaving - 2 of our children came down with an extreme ski rash. What we thought was bed bugs, turned in to a nasty skin rash from a dirty hot tub. I immediately reached out to the owner. She blew it off with no sympathy or apology what so ever. She then went on to say it was caused by laundry detergent. We brought our own that we use at home so no chance for a reaction there. We ruled out bed bugs after talking to our doctor. I asked the owner for a copy of the last hot tub service report. She indicated that it had been serviced the day before our arrival. I again asked for a copy of it to be sent to me. She only provided me with a text of the Chlorine PPM, ph and alkalinity. I again asked for a complete copy, when was the last time it had been drained, sanitized and refilled with fresh water. I indicated that I have a Certified Pool Operator on my staff that would evaluate and get back with comments. To this day, I have yet to receive the report, let alone any further type of communication. Forget even getting some sympathy, an apology or anything. At the very least, the first encounter should have been, "oh my gosh, I am so sorry to hear that." DIRTY HOT TUB - DO NOT USE this LOCATION!

Short weekend trip

The cabin and view will not disappoint at all! It was fabulous we really enjoyed our stay! Barb was great at communicating address etc. The driveway is not dually friendly it’s doable but it’s tight. The driveway does have a good lean on the entrance off the road but then levels off fine. Definitely highly recommend this cabin

Horrible driveway

Driveway was narrow and slanted. It was also slick and difficult to maneuver even with 4 wd. 4 people had to sit in the back pickup bed just so we could get up the hill to the road.
