ROSE Holidays offers you this superb charming apartment located in the heart of Angers, on the beautiful Plantagenêt Street. Located on the top floor of an old building (with lift up to the 4th floor), this light-filled apartment will seduce you with its warm and soothing atmosphere. Offering a beautiful sense of tranquillity at height and an exceptional view over the city's rooftops.

Capacity: up to 2 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Separate bedroom: comfortable double bed.

Very bright living room: two large skylights and a wide bay window that flood the room with natural light throughout the day and a lounge area with television/WI-FI.

Equipped kitchen: hobs, microwave, kettle, cooking utensils and a coffee machine (DOLCE GUSTO).

Modern bathroom: with shower, washbasin and WC.



Paid parking in the surrounding streets.

Easy paid parking at the "Fleur d'eau" car park located 200 metres from the accommodation.

Ideal location just a stone's throw away from all of Angers' must-sees: the Cathedral, the Castle, museums, shops, restaurants and public transport... everything is accessible on foot!

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance
