Cocoonr offers this 20 m² studio apartment in Anglet to rent for up to 2 people.

Located on the ground floor of a house, it comprises the following:
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, air fryer, coffee maker, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, clothesline, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- An enclosed and private 10 m² garden, facing north/west with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. It includes a 5 m² terrace with picnic table.

The studio is ideally located in Anglet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
