Designed above all as a place to live, this villa has only recently been offered for rent. Neat decoration and warm spirit, far from the standards of classic rentals, with swimming pool and equipment designed for real comfort.

Located between forest and beaches, in a quiet and preserved environment, it benefits from a south-facing exposure with an enclosed and wooded garden, covered terrace and outdoor kitchen with plancha. An ideal setting for a family stay, close to local shops.

The bright living room opens wide onto the outside thanks to a large bay window overlooking the covered terrace and the swimming pool, allowing you to live outside in all seasons. Three dining areas are available, both indoors and outdoors, with plancha at your disposal.

Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to start your stay with peace of mind: cold drinks, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, as well as basic products such as pasta, rice and flour.PGJyPg
Bedrooms

On the first floor:
• Bedroom 03: 180x200 bed * with patio, private shower room and TV

Upstairs:
• Bedroom 01: King size bed 180x200
• Bedroom 02: 2 beds 90x180 *

Two bathrooms are available, one on the first floor and the other upstairs, both with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the first floor. An outdoor shower is available after the beach.

Complete comfort with air conditioning, electric shutters, dimmer lighting and a sound system throughout the house (wired speakers, subwoofer and Bose wireless speakers). Two TVs are also available.

An office area upstairs allows you to work in peace. Games are available for children (board games, toys, crafts, car circuits).

A garage area completes the equipment with washing machine, dryer and freezer.

Baby equipment available as an option: cot, bathtub, high chair, safety gates for the staircase and surveillance cameras including a Google N'est Cam. The pool is secured by a tarpaulin suitable for young children.

Linen provided, beds prepared before your arrival.

The property is completely private and secure with motorized gate, videophone and outdoor cameras.

You can enjoy the entire villa, the garden and the swimming pool exclusively, in a setting where you will feel at home.

Practical information: arrival between 4 pm and 8 pm, departure before 10 am, non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed, maximum capacity 6 people (couples with children). Groups are not accepted.

Please note: automatic watering of the garden without any intervention necessary, motorized skylight with automatic closing in case of rain.

Rental possible on request of a 125 motorcycle, a high-end electric bike and surfboards.

The accommodations are located in a quiet area, not suitable for festive stays. Parties, events and noise pollution are not allowed and will cause the interruption of the stay.
