“We had booked 2 apartments for 2 famies of 8 people and arrived really early due to the way our train was scheduled - check-in time is 3 pm and we arrived 9:30 am, seeing how tired we were and given our apartments aren't ready (people need to check out before they can prepare the apartments for us) the two ladies at the reception ikram and iftisum - arranged for another apartment where we can rest until our apartments are ready- I just don't take this type of amazing service for granted. what an...

“It was a horrible stay, I paid for bungalow and it is more expensive but it was so bad . Inside was worn up and no towels until I called them and there were a LOT of bugs, defenetly no five star hotel First night I could not sleep because there were bug which did a Loud noise so in the morning I told them to change to a normal double but they refused even that bungalow were more expensive Girl in reception had a bad attitude and was so cold and would help and ignored me totally so watch out...

Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. ”
