Underbart rum, alla i personalen är så otroligt snälla. Hade lite problem med min dusch, det kom en rörmokare efter 20 minuter o det var åtgärdat. Fantastiskt hotell! Rekommenderar 11/10!! Väldigt god mat också, kan inte säga en enda negativ sak om detta hotell.

Hotel lijkt van buiten netjes en schoon. Totdat je op je kamer komt. Oude stinkende dekbed en kussens, vieze vloeren, vieze badkamer veel dingen zijn kapot. Ook stinkt de kamer naar riool. Zeker geen herhalling vatbaar

Temizlik yetersizliği
Odanın içerisinde yerlerde kıllar ve tozlar vardı. Mutfak kısmı çok kirliydi. Sabah otelden çıkarken konu ile ilgili resepsiyona bilgi verip, temizlik rica ettim. Akşam geldiğimde hiçbir temizliğin yapılmadığını ve akşam saatinde de personel yetersizliğinden dolayı yapılamayacağı bilgisini aldım. Ertesi gün kahvaltı ikramı ve otel çalışanlarının nazikçe hatayı belirtmelerine rağmen mağduriyet yaşadım. Sabah kahvaltısı yetersiz görüldü. Otelin konumu uzak. Kısacası memnun kalmadığım bir tecrübe oldu.

Internet connection was terrible. Spa was closed for whole week, they didn’t bother themselves to to notice customer at all They assigned a room close to reception, noise from reception plus noise of refrigerator interrupted my sleeps regularly. It was my first stay at this hotel. I will make sure it will be last too

Located far from center, the rooms were not clean and full of dust. I rented a 3 bedroom suite that have only 1 air conditioning. I don’t recommend it for families at all

Temizlik iyi odalar geniş mutfaklı falan ama dolaplar boş bir çay kaşığı bile yok. Odada Kağıt peçete ve ikram çaylar yoktu. Sauna da ücrete tabi. Park yeri sıkıntısı yok. Kahvaltıda paketlenmiş sabit tabaklar geliyor. Vegansanız falan bişey yiyemezsiniz hepsi beraber paketli. Biz bir gün kaldık bir gün için iyi ama ben bir günden fazla için tercih etmem.
