Manatee Manor is one of the very few waterfront villas with all living, kitchen, dining, entertainment and most bedrooms on the ground floor. This makes for easy access, direct waterfront views, and lot of space across over 1/2 an acre .

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the world-famous, family-friendly community of Anna Maria Island, Florida, Manatee Manor is a charming 4 bedroom (sleeps 10) villa that is decorated in a stylish seashore motif and features big, bright rooms, a large custom kitchen with an eating island, plus a dining area, living space with an 80" Smart TV, Starlink WiFi, and comfortable seating, including a recliner, barrel chairs and a large sectional.

Each of the 4 master suites ( 3 king and 1 queen) has its own en-suite bath. In addition, there are 2 half-baths and a full laundry room. The loft guest suite also has twin bunk beds and a balcony overlooking the water.

In the gardens, pool and patio at Manatee Manor you'll enjoy a beautiful outdoor recreation and relaxation area. The screened-in lanai has both dining and lounging space and opens up to the custom in-ground pool. Coral walkways wrap around to lead you to the outdoor bar, bbq and billiard pavilion, which makes for hours of Happy Hour fun. From there it leads to the custom hot tub surrounded by manicured gardens and palms. There's a grassy areas for the kids and our 150' private dock that is regularly visited by manatee.


The Game Room features a kids hangout area with games such as giant Kerplunk, Connect Four, Corn Hole and more. There's also a game table for board and card games.


Anna Maria

Anna Maria Island (AMI) is a stunning 7-mile barrier island on Florida’s Gulf Coast known for its powdery white sand, bright turquoise water, and strict rules against chain restaurants, franchises, and high-rise condos, which keeps its "Old Florida" charm perfectly intact and makes it the perfect family-friendly resort town. The island is divided into three distinct beach towns from north to south, each offering a different vibe.

The Spectacular Beaches of Anna Maria offer free access to their soft, white sand and gentle breezes. Anna Maria is special because it features quiet, residential shorelines and hidden neighborhood entryways throughout the community. There are various access points and a network of neighborhood paths.

Bean Point Beach, on the north end, is a local favorite and widely considered the most beautiful spot on AMI. The vibe is tropical, private, romantic and wild. It's where the Gulf of Mexico meets Tampa Bay. You get a panoramic view of the shipping channels, Egmont Key, and the distant Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Bean Point is notoriously famous for shelling, sunsets, and wild currents.

Anna Maria Beach. When locals refer generally to "Anna Maria Beach," they are talking about the continuous stretch of wide, powdery Gulf-side sand that runs down the western edge of the town. Because there are no giant parking lots here, you access the beach by walking down any of the dead-end streets.

Bayfront Park is on the eastern side of the town, overlooking Tampa Bay. This is the only beach area in the city of Anna Maria that functions as a fully equipped public park. Great for the kids! The vibe is relaxed, grassy in some areas, and is family and bbq friendly . Because it faces the bay rather than the open Gulf, the water here is incredibly calm, shallow, and wave-free. There is parking at the park.


Parking around Anna Maria is available but somewhat limited, which makes the free trolley another great option.

* No cleaning fee or pet fee when booked dirctly.
You may request a mid-stay cleaning including linens: $400 each.

* Our Rolls Royce Golf Cart is available as a courtesy to some full-fare guests staying 7-nights or longer. This is not to be considered an amenity, so to speak, or part of the rental agreement. We offer this as a courtesy, so in the rare instance the golf cart is out of commission or unavailable there is no diminution in the value of the rental. It is not part of the rental. Do not rent this property because we offer a golf cart, but do consider it a potential plus! If you are eligible, a separate use agreement is required, along with a pre-paid $2,500 security deposit, and you must be 25 years of age minimum. The golf cart is a LSV, (a low-speed vehicle) that is street legal. It cannot be operated by anyone under 25 years of age and must follow all traffic laws related to LSV's.

Getting Around Anna Maria is quick and easy by bike, golf cart, trolley or just walking. You will have ready access to area beaches, shops, and some great restaurants. From the Waterfront and The Grub, which are right around the corner, to the Porch and the Sandbar, Anna Maria has great food at every turn. Casual and cozy bars, bakeries and breakfast joints dot the island and make staying in Anna Maria both convenient and tasty! And don't forget the ice cream shoppes!
