“Holiday Inn was there for us when the other place took advantage and took our money the staff was sympathetic and tried to help us. I wish Expedia was like the Holiday Inn. They didn’t even hesitate. Got us in right away.”

“Well located in center of Richfield. Looks much newer than its real age. Spacious breakfast area. But recent modifications must have replaced closets with hooks, a new trend in hotel industry.”

“The manager was really nice and accommodating. I usually ask for a first floor room so that i can hear/see my motorcycle. The class of room i paid for was only available on the second floor. The manager was noce enough to move me to a different room on the first floor at no charge. The room was clean and had everything needed including shampoo (many budget rooms fo not). The only issue that i ran into was that i bought a pack of snack donuts and only consumed half of the pack. When i got up...

“Property is an historic old home in the heart of Monroe, Utah. Very cool architecture and design, and a good job of retrofitting the rooms. Our suite was large & comfortable. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or creamer. Hallway lights below shine into the room at night if light is left on, and any guests coming or going make noise when they slam the front door. Also, it would have been nice to have the door code BEFORE arriving instead of having to call someone for it and hoping they'd...

“Rooms were great, clean and pool and hot tub very clean and hot tub temp just perfect. Staff very helpful and nice. I have a registered service dog and had no problems just showed them his ID. Its also close to Walmart and black bear diner. I was impressed will stay here again.”

“Clean room. Darling decorations in the room. It's an old place and the floor creaks and doors are very loud when other guests come in and leave their rooms. It worked out great for us during our visit to the area. Our bed was stiff and a bit harder than we liked, but overall it was a nice place to stay.”

“It was in terrible condition.The bottom of my feet were black from going barefoot inside our room. The towel bar in the bathroom fell off the wall when I removed a towel. The TV box was bad. The staff originally said we didn't have a reservation but then found it. A window was cracked and held together with tape. We asked for maid service which was done. The bed was left without the bedspread. The staff was very helpful with all of the issues.”
