“When I checked in, I was impressed. Everything was spanking new, as this is a brand-new hotel. Every amenity that was mentioned was present.
I was appreciative of all of Mr. Susai's assistance. He did everything in his power to look after me. He added enjoyment to my journey. The personnel at the hotel is exceptional. I had five-star service from them.
The difference was made by the staff.
