“It was nice to have a clean, modern place to stay that is walking distance to Brookland, where my daughter lives. Hotels are not close to her so this was an excellent alternative. Modern appliances, great shower, and comfortable bed were a definite plus. The building and apartment are secure with codes locks. ”

“Andre was super friendly and welcoming! We ended up booking this super last minute because of a family funeral that we had to attend, and it ended up being an awesome spot. “Overall very clean room, great stay for the price. It was a bit farther from Metro station (NoMA) than I anticipated, 1.1 miles, if you plan to use subway. The host was friendly and communicated well, also left water and essential items, which was appreciated. ”

“The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was amazing. The bed was comfy. I wish the floors were cleaner; rugs were dirty as was the bathroom floor. Our space was quite warm at 74 with no ability to adjust, kept opening the window. Also the tv/wifi didnt seem to work. Unable to load anything to watch.”
