“Pictures and description were accurate. Owner very nice, but procedures could have been more forthcoming. Beds, pillows and towels were excellent. Window AC was below average in sweltering heat and not the best. Nice seating and tables, just small. When there was an issue, owner was on top of it. Overall positive stay. 2 BR cheaper than 2 hotel rooms. ”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

“Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay. The property manager replied on day 1 that they were working on it, but we never heard anything further and it never worked. If these points get resolved, I would recommend this property. “Beautiful apartment in a charming neighborhood! My family, and our dog, visited during Spring Break and we loved our stay. The owner took great care in outfitting the apartment with all the amenities of home-- right down to stocking the pantry with healthy snacks. The location is great-- only a half block away from local landmark Ben's Chili Bowl and a quick Uber away from the National Mall. The neighborhood is a classic DC neighborhood filled with colorful rehabbed row homes and we all enjoyed...

“no one should have to sleep on a bed with that kind of a mattress. Place was not comfortable. Furniture was nearly destroyed. you can tell it everything in the Place list is cheap and I want to buy.”

“Furnishings (couch) was old and uncomfortable. Neighbors were noisy late into evening. No drinking glasses in cupboard or ice tray in the freezer.A small dresser in the closet would be a nice addition.”
