Discover the city center and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the magnificent canals of “The Little Venice of the Alps”.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
🅿️ A private parking space can be reserved in addition at the rate of €25 / day.

The rooms are all equipped with a 180x200cm bed and a TV. The first has its own shower room. You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day at the lake or in the mountains.
A second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. A separate WC equips the accommodation.

The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all the necessary equipment for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and dryer...

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towels.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you will be able to move around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is a 15-minute walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb cycle path goes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the edge of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
After 9 p.m., if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be requested.

If accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4 p.m. This can only be confirmed to you on the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.
🧳 To guarantee your peace of mind until the departure of your train, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage storage at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely
