Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), you’ll love its prime location, close to the charming Albigny and Impérial neighbourhoods, renowned for their friendly atmosphere, restaurants, shops and the lakeside. An ideal setting to make the most of Annecy… all within walking distance!

The Balcons Caraïbes accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright living room of around 30 m² with a spacious sofa, a TV, a decorative fireplace and direct access to the south-facing balcony with flowers
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, including an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs and a cosy bar-style dining area seating 4 people.
- Bedroom 1 (opening onto the living area): comprising two single mattresses arranged as a double bed (140 x 190), with a fitted wardrobe and direct access to the same south-facing balcony, offering a lovely view of the mountains.
- Bedroom 2 (separate): double bed (140 x 190), wardrobe and access to the second east-facing balcony with flowers, also overlooking the mountains.
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- Separate toilet

Outside:
- South-facing balcony furnished with two chairs, ideal for enjoying a coffee or simply admiring the unobstructed view of the mountains in peaceful surroundings.
- A second east-facing balcony to enjoy the first rays of the sun.
- A private parking space within the residence’s outdoor car park, secured by a barrier (free choice of space), for easy parking throughout your stay.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally situated in Annecy, just a 5-minute walk from the village of Albigny and its many amenities. You can also reach Annecy town centre in around 20 minutes on foot, whilst the lake is about a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

Activities:
Go hiking on the Semnoz, cycle along the lake’s shores, enjoy the thrills of water sports (wakeboarding, private outings…), explore the local heritage on cultural tours (the Annecy Lake Ecomuseum…), take to the skies for a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy’s old town. Food lovers can enjoy bespoke gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef, etc.). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport:
- Regular SIBRA bus routes 5 and 26 stop at the bus stop located a 5-minute walk from the flat. Route 5 provides easy access to the town centre (around 10 minutes) and the nearby beaches (5 to 15 mins)
- Geneva International Airport is about 35 minutes’ drive away. Bus services and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend using taxis or private hire services
- If you’re travelling by car, private parking is available
