Welcome to Cassiopée, a spacious 88m² apartment located on the 1st floor with elevator, just a 10-minute walk from the old town of Annecy and the Visitation Basilica. Perfect for a family stay or with friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms with built-in closets: two with double beds (160x190 cm) and one with bunk beds. One bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, and a second bathroom with a bathtub, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, is also available.



The spacious bright living room is ideal for relaxing, and the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) allows you to prepare your meals with complete ease.



The sheets, towels, and a welcome kit are provided to make your stay even more enjoyable. A travel crib and a high chair are provided for children.



You can also enjoy WiFi connection and a terrace to have lunch in complete peace.

A condominium parking lot is at your disposal for greater convenience.
