    Close to all amenities, shops, markets, and the city’s attractions as well as the lake, it is the perfect place to stay while discovering Annecy and its surroundings.

    Several parking options are available within 150 to 300 meters.
    All the shops you need are right at your doorstep, along with many attractions and lakeside highlights.

    The apartment features a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed.
    The kitchen is fully equipped, and household linen is provided for your stay.

    The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

    Annecy’s historic center is a favorite among travelers for its charm, narrow streets, gardens, and pedestrian areas.
    You’ll find many restaurants, cafés, and beaches nearby.

    **Getting to the apartment:**
    The train station is an 8-minute walk away.
    By car: 40 minutes from Geneva Airport to Annecy.

    🅿️ The nearest parking is the Hôtel de Ville parking, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

    🧳 To ensure peace of mind until your train departure, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to safely store your bags.

    Check-in is available every day from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
    After 9:00 PM, if a self check-in solution cannot be arranged, an additional fee of €20 will be charged.

    If the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4:00 PM (confirmation possible on the same day only).
    Similarly, on your departure day, a late check-out may be possible if the apartment is not booked that evening.

Appartement de charme Idéalement situé en plein centre ville à 2 pas des commerces et du lac. Deco soignée, très bonne literie. Traiteur excellent au bas de l’immeuble. Nombreuses activités, vélo, pédalo, bateau électrique, voile, randonnées, parapente, deltaplane, visites culturelles châteaux, musées… de quoi passer un très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. Parking de l’hôtel de ville pratique pour garer la voiture avec abonnement possible sur plusieurs jours.

Appartement de charme en plein cœur de ville

Très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. Nous avons séjourné en couple dans un très bel appartement rénové avec goût et très bien situé au cœur de la ville et à 2 pas du Lac. Traiteur au bas de l’immeuble que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Seul bémol des travaux commençant très tôt le matin (5h30) que nous nous serions bien passés… Nous sommes globalement ravis de notre séjour dans cette très belle région. Christian et Valérie (91)

Drain in the bathroom sink was blocked. Had to use kitchen sink. Drain in the shower was so slow after a 1 minute shower water pours from drain pan all over the bathroom floor. One small of toilet paper was supplied. No shower soap supplied. I notified property manager about the sink. No one ever showed up to fix it. La Conciergerie du Lac was the property manager. Stay away from their properties

A lovely apartment. The toilet was not working but the owners did get it dealt with by the evening. It would be nice to have a later check out but a lovely quiet space overall

Très agréable appartement bien situé

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout confort à la décoration agréable. Seul bémol, impossible de capter les chaînes sur la télévision.

The apartment itself is clean and in a great part of Annecy. We were able to walk to the lake, train station and around town. It was so nice to have a kitchen and it has the basic necessities. Getting up to the apartment is a trek. It’s up a 3-story spiral staircase. This is quite tough with heavy luggage so just be aware! There is a 3rd party service that handles communication and the response time is slow (1-2 hours). We were given mixed information about check in and storing luggage with conflicting instructions from the host and the 3rd party service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and having a washing machine was an added bonus as well!
