**The Vintage**, a spacious 71 m² apartment, is located right in the historic center of Annecy, on Rue du Pâquier, just 150 meters from the lake and the Bonlieu theatre. It is a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to all shops.

You can reach the lake and Le Pâquier (a large grassy area along the lakeside) in less than 2 minutes on foot!
Located in a historic building in the city, this charming old-style accommodation is ideal for 2 people.
The apartment is on the 1st floor (no lift) of a pedestrian street in a lively area, close to shops, bakeries, Monoprix, cafés, and restaurants.

The semi-open bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
The living room features a sofa, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine.
Bed linen will be provided for your stay.

🅿️ The closest car parks are Bonlieu parking and Hôtel de Ville parking, both located a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
🧳 To ensure peace of mind until your train departure, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage service at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy, where you can safely leave your bags.

Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled by its lake in a mountain setting, is known for its outstanding natural environment and quality of life. Benefiting from a remarkable location downstream of the lake, it has preserved its architectural and historical heritage, restored its old districts, and improved the clarity of its lake waters through widely recognized environmental efforts. It is also known for its flower-lined canals, which earned it the nickname “Venice of the Alps.”

Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance; you can get around entirely on foot during your stay (2 nearby car parks: Hôtel de Ville and Bonlieu, less than 200 m away). Bike rental is also available nearby (a beautiful cycling path goes all the way around the lake).

Check-in is available every day from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
After 9:00 PM, if a self check-in solution cannot be arranged, a €20 surcharge will apply.

If the apartment is available earlier, we will be happy to welcome you before 4:00 PM. This can only be confirmed on the day of arrival.
Similarly, on your departure day, a late check-out may be possible if the apartment is not booked again that evening.
