"Good, clean room with a spacious bed. The view towards the Matterhorn wasn't the best given the location, but it was still great. Overall a great room if you can get a good price on it when booking."

"A wonderful place to stay with incredibly helpful and caring staff who did their very best to make my husband’s birthday special. We were truly surprised and delighted by their thoughtful gestures. This is what I call genuine personal service. Both the loft and the double room have a unique and interesting design. The breakfast was generous and of excellent quality. Despite the central location, right in the middle of everything, the hotel felt very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel spa is a true oasis of well-being, offering a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend this hotel and would once again like to highlight the lovely, friendly, and attentive staff who made our stay so memorable. Thank you so much!"

"Zermatt är en fantastisk skidort, med kanske de bästa backarna och det bästa liftsystemet i Europa (dvs världen). Hotel Continental är okej, i bästa fall, opersonligt och onödigt trist. Men det var en nödlösning. Ett fyrstjärnigt hotell har inte väggar tunna som papper och obemannad reception. Jag bodde i enkelrum vilket var tur, att ha några som helst krav på hemtrevnad eller känsla ska man inte ha här. "
