Blev grymt överaskad av hotellet, snygg inredning Stora rum vi bodde på familjesvit 5. Frukosten ska vi inte ens prata om,kan man få bättre frukost ?knappast du sätter dig ner o sen är det bara att njuta av div smak av äkta Turkisk frukost vill innerligt tacka er för en kanon vecka som vi fick vi återkommer definitivt igen Samt vill tacka Sevket o all personal för en fantastisk vecka tack så mycket ☺️

The property itself is inconvenient it doesn’t have soundproof walls u can hear it neighbors clearly and that’s very annoying especially when ure trying to sleep. The cleaning ladies are not cleaning properly. The rooms are pretty dirty. The service staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The staff has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. The staff made our stay pleasant.

Extrem Freundlich und Hilfsbereit
Kam verspätet an, haben mich schon erwartet, eine Mail geschrieben und nachgefragt wo ich sei. Mit den Koffer geholfen, auf Wunsch Essen organisiert und Upgrade bekommen umsonst. Personal war unglaublich freundlich und Transport zum Flughafen war pünktlich organisiert. Top! Vielen Dank dafür.

We kicked those guests out of the hotel last night, and after 15 minutes the sound stopped. Maybe you noticed that too. We do not discriminate between guests by religion, language or country, but unfortunately we cannot predict what disrespect they will show in the room. But we take the necessary measures on the same day to eliminate the suffering of valued guests like you. I hope you will forgive us..Best regards..

I would NOT recommend this property to anyone. If you are looking for the fancy jaccuzzi in the room, they dont allow you to use it at night as he sound goes to the other rooms and people complain. The rooms are not at all sound proof. I could literally hear people talking in other rooms. Normal talking, not even loud. So goodluck if you stay here, everyone will hear whatever you say. And the receptionists have the guts to call you and tell you to please dont use jaccuzzi or tell your kids not to play as noise goes to other rooms. One MAJOR issue is there is NO SAFETY for children here. There was a big crack in the Glass Window outside and it was broken. My daughter got a deep cut trying to open it. The receptionist changed our room but this could have been much worse if our 2 year old daughter tried to go near the broken glass. The cleaning ladies dont do the job properly. and the receptionist just laughs when you try to complain and request for a better cleaning. They dont put extra shampoos/soaps, they even didnt take out the garbage from bin one day. I complained to the guy at front desk and he laughed and said its normal but dont worry tomorrow i will make sure they do better. Also, do not be fooled by the "included" breakfast. You will have to pay separate for anything that you get except for 3-4 types of eggs. we stayed for almost 9 nights and got sick of getting the eggs after a few days. eventually, you will stop having the breakfast here or pay extra.

You said that your little child has a problem and starts screaming loudly when told not to do something. You apologized to your child every day for this inconvenience. We never told you that there was noise in the jacuzzi, there was a problem with your child screaming, and you yourself admitted it. Ample shampoo and shower foam were delivered to your room every day, and no extra fee was charged. If you reflect the facts accurately, it will be a more honest evaluation for our business. I am really disappointed of my stay in antalya suite and spa hotel . When I checked in to my room , I didn’t find the towels in my room when I called a reception because I wanted to have a shower , they sent me a pool towels , it was too smelly . I was sitting in my room at 11 pm suddenly I saw a cat 🐈 in the room , I was really shocked , is a dirty cat and looks sick , it’s a street cat , I believe it’s comes from the windows ,as it was open . I called a reception asking for help ,they took arround 15 minutes to come . The reception people is abusive . Iam really if my stay over there .

We had so many issues at this hotel. I am so sad to say this however we had originally booked the deluxe room with the jacuzzi. We had so many issues that the manager did not want to resolve even though we communicated multiple times with the manager and team. The jacuzzi was letting out so much dirt including dirty items coming out of the jacuzzi, hair and skin parts. The manager did not want to sort this issue out. Really ruined my trip considering the fact I had paid so much money to stay here for 6nights. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your money

We have had a great stay at this hotel the staff were excellent helpful and considerate There was nothing bad about this place even though close to airport The facility were excellent very clean rooms the pool was great very clean they also have a great Spa with Turkish baths massages and sauna and steam room with a private spa for couples Food in hotel was also excellent and plentiful They even have free shuttle to Lara beach which includes sunbed and shade as its very hot…. Overall no faults with the Antalya Suite hotel and spa Have I said the staff were fab her

Highly recommend this hotel. Needed to spend one night before leaving Antalya and to be closer to the airport. The staff was super attentive, great communication and arrangements of transfer to and from the airport. Breakfast for champions! Fantastic. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

La société en charge du transfert plage est juste horrible retard de 40 min sous la chaleur à attendre désagréable énervé nous jeté devant l’hôtel comme des malpropre sans même dire au revoir . Petit dej top et copieux . J’y reviendrai pour passé même un week end tres reposant . Plus adapté en couple
