Fantastisk service och fräscha rum
Den upplevelse vi fick på hotellet överväldigade oss. Vi kunde snabbt bekräfta de positiva omdömen andra gäster gett. Hotellet är väldigt fräscht, ligger centralt nära marinan i Antalya Kaleiçi,och rummen är väldigt väl efterhållna.

Personalen hade inga som helst svårigheter att kommunicera på engelska och vi upplevde en hög grad av service och vilja att göra vår vistelse på hotellet till en så bra upplevelse som möjligt. 
Det första som skedde när vi checkade in var att receptionisten noterade att vår vistelse i Antalya var kortare än han trott. Han uppgraderade då omedelbart och utan extra kostnad vårt rum till ett bättre rum. 
Trots att hotellet ligger i det som motsvarar Antalyas ”Gamla Stan” är omgivningarna väldigt lugna, vilket är viktigt för oss. Det enda undantaget från detta var en restaurang en bit längre ned på den gata hotellet ligger på. De spelade mycket hög musik sent på kvällen. 
Då vi upplevde detta som störande frågade vi personalen om vi kunde få ett annat rum. Tyvärr var hotellet fullbokat, men portieren erbjöd sig att ringa polisen och påtala problemet med att gäster stördes av den höga musiknivån.
Inom en halvtimme var problemet löst och fr.o.m. nästa natt erbjöds vi ett annat rum. Få av de hotell vi bott på under våra resor i Turkiet har haft den standard som Puding Marina har och knappast någon av den hotellpersonal vi kommit i kontakt med har varit så serviceminded och så mån om sina gäster som Puding Marinas.

Mycket fin upplevelse
Hotellet har ett perfekt läge nära mermerli beach och med marina och en fin park framför hotellet! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och lät oss checka in tidigare. Hotellet är väldigt mysig och välskött. Städningen liksom frukosten var tillräcklig men inte helt perfekt! Jag skulle definitivt komma tillbaka till hotellet och även rekommendera för andra!

Puding Marina var alltigenom ett mycket bra boende, personalen skicklig och tillmötesgående, rummet funktionellt och trivsamt, frukosten omfattande och kvalitativ, läget fint i gamla stan och precis intill strand samt med en relaxgårs som var vacker och harmonisk.

Det var en fest samma kväll som vi var på hotellet. Det blev väldigt högt ljud inne på rummet och helt omöjligt att sova. De slutade spela musik vid midnatt. För övrigt är vi glada och nöjda.

wonderfully located in the old town and right next to the harbour, couldnt ask for a better location. value for money, but yes initially the layout of the room made us feel a little weird given that the WC , basin and the shower area were in 3 diff areas, but one gets used to it

Right down at the bottom of the hill in the old town, very close to the marina, and wonderful views. Tons of shopping and little restaurants all around you. The shower was decent size, the room was not too bad. Nice swimming pool, but the water is cold. The property is very nice and has a nice historic look through it. The guy that does the massage is very good. I the free breakfast that comes with your stay is actually quite nice as well.

We stayed four nights. We reserved for three persons. First two nights they gave us a room for two persons with amenities for two, and only added a small single bed . After I complained to Expedia. They changed the room to triple beds on our third night. They provided us only one key for three of us. They refused to give a second key.

Puding Hotel Marina is perfectly situated next to a garden with a wonderful view of the marina and the Mediterranean, and the hotel is in a neighborhood full of shops and eateries. My hotel room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. I would stay here again.

Ich bin sehr entäuscht. Mir wurde bei Expedia ein Zimmer von 27 Quadratmeter verkauft und am ende habe ich ein Zimmer von 16 Quadratmeter Zimmer bekommen. Im Hotel sagte der Mitarbeiter, sie hätten gar kein 27 Quadratmeter Zimmer. Eigentlich hätte ich die 16 Quadratmeter Zimmer günstiger bekommen aber ich wollte ein grosse Zimmer, deswegen habe ich auch mehr bezahlt. Ich fühle micht belogen.

Don’t recommend it, not worth it
Location close to the marina, but little far from Hadrian gate. We booked a family room with two areas of sleeping, one double bed and two twin beds in the other area, but was given room with two double beds. We asked for other options or possibilities, but they couldn’t offer anything else. They explained they had only three family rooms, and the one we wanted wasn’t available. As we didn’t wanted to waste anymore time we agreed beside we only wanted a place to sleep. Room was spacious, but the beds weren’t comfortable and the washroom was in major need of renovation. It didn’t get any better when you showered and could see something looking similar like mould on the wall. And some strange smell was also observed. I would not recommend this place, not worth the value paid, you can find better places for even reasonable amount than this.

L'albergo é bello e direi che é abbastanza pulito. La pulizia in camera era buona, ma la camera in sé era abbastanza rumorosa la notte perché dava su una stradina frequentata la notte. Le persone alla recezione non sono di grande aiuto per quanto riguarda informazioni varie sulle possibili escursioni e non sono molto accoglienti purtroppo. La colazione a buffet é buona.

Lovely hotel situated in the old town very close to the front rooms were clean and comfortable tea coffee and a mini fridge in room with bottles of water in the fridge. Mini bottles in bathroom shower gel shampoo conditioner and small soap. We were on the 4th floor and in the large lobby outside there was a lovely balcony with small table and a couple of chairs which looked over towards the sea/ harbour area nice to sit out with your coffee. Air con in room. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

The staff and properly in general were great but our room’s window was street level (601) and very noisy. Really disturbed sleep.
