Nice hotel, nice environment
Nice hotel, nice location, little bit far from the old town but near the beach and walking, cycling track. The air conditioner in the room did not function due to the season they said. Hot water switched suddenly to very hot and very cold. On last day of our stay they told that they had consulted a firm to fix it.

On other days, the most special dishes of the world cuisine are served in our main restaurant. Located on the first floor of our hotel, Rixos Lounge offers A la Carte restaurant service 24 hours a day and you can choose from the menu according to your liking. We maintain our claim that meals that suit the taste of each of our guests are served in our hotel. Our room service, which you can also order from your room phone, provides service day and night. Our 1 A la carte restaurant (2 a la carte in summer season) serves both in summer and winter months. If you had spoken to our Guest Relations department at our hotel, any request could have been made instantly. When we search our guest complaint notifications, we see that there are no issues you have reported about food concerning your satisfaction during your stay with us. It is just a wonderful hotel. I searched alot for good hotel in Antalya for my trip and i can say Rixos was the best hotel i have been in. Wonderful place and the view is just amazing and all workers meet you with a smile. Strongly rekommend.

Det är ett väldigt fint hotell Frukosten ensidig , rätt enkel smaklös och tråkig men riktigt bra service Spa personal bra service Dålig service vid reception House keeping och andra samtal talar ingen engelska endast reception Vid incheckning bad jag om information samt service och faciliteter på hotellet ändå missade vi mycket som fanns att ta del av på hotellet Pool området bra men för mycket flugor som irriterar när man solar Restaurang Kalina värt besök , mycket lyxigt och riktigt bra service Dubbelrum 32 kvm låter större än vad det är, ganska enkelt rum med balkong Välj högsta våning så får man fin utsikt Området är bra men inget speciellt Sten stränder i Antalya Hotellets privata strand är ok men de har inga fina lyxiga solbäddar och ingen vidare mat

Rena o bekväma rum dock många Araber
Personalen erbjuder bra service, hotellet har bra skick dock gästerna ( Araber) badar i swimmingpool med kläderna på, smutsigt vatten. utmärkt frukostbuffe men den kräver bättre kontroll, gästerna missköter sig o plockat mat med händerna. Rummen är rena o bekväma, ngt långt från centrum samt långt från stranden.

Mycket fint hotell i hjärtat av antalya.
Var där två veckor under juli, incheckning gick väldigt smidigt (10 min) men rummet såg äldre och mindre fint ut än själva hotellet och lobbyn. Stor och trevlig pool och barn club som blev en stor favorit hos barnen. En stor, fräsch och kostnadsfri gym för de som önskar. Maten på buffé restaurangen var bra men med ganska begränsad variation men det finns flera restauranger i närheten av hotellen om man vill prova på annat. Det finns flera shopping gallerier i närheten av hotellet (10 TL med taxi om man inte orkar gå) bl.a. Migros och mark antalya som jag kan rekommendera, (väldigt bra priser). På Migros finns det också en jätte stor mat butik samt en Foodcourd med flera varierande matställen turkisk, MC Donalds, KFC, och mycket mer.

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell vi gärna återvänder till. Maten var god och fräsch och personalen så hjälpsamma och trevliga. Mycket bra service fick vi. Härligt miljö och poolområde. Rummen var mycket fräscha.

Bättre blir det inte i Antalya
Vi är ett medelålderspar som reste utan barn och var på hotellet i en vecka. Ett första klassens hotell med den bästa tänkbara service och faciliteter. Läget är fantastiskt med närheten till havet och utsikten över de vackra bergen. Mycket stor och bra frukostbuffé med allt du kan önska och lite till. Hotellets restauranger är också bra. Kan inte annat än att rekommendera Sheraton i Antalya.

Underbar pool men dyrt med minibar och mat
Poolen är jättefin, stor med många olika sektioner och djup som passar alla åldrar. Vi bokade till halvpension på plats men behövde tjafsa om vi hade det eller ej i matsalen tre kvällar innan vi sade ifrån ordentligt. Allt i minibaren och poolbaren välidgt dyrt. En liten glass 40-50 kronor!

On Arrival we were welcomed by a huge cockroach in the bathroom sitting on the wall Infront of the bathroom mirror This was a room with a disabled bathroom I had booked for my father. there was a constant smell of sewage and damp coming from the bathroom drains. The cleaning was superficial the smell remained throughout the duration of the stay. We had booked breakfast on our last day before check out but the staff advised we leave early to catch our plane from Antalya airport. The staff could have ordered us a regular taxi but instead advised on the ental car service costing us 65 Euros We left at 6.30am as this was the time given to us by the transfer service ( breakfast was at 7am) I asked the staff if we could get some snacks as mum is diabetic and needs to eat something before taking her medication before we leave we had already paid for the morning breakfast which we couldn't have because we were advised to leave early at 6.30 am The staff said no snacks could be made up Our journey took 30 mins to Antalya airport and we were early waiting around in the airport for an hour and a half before our flight I wish the staff could have advised us better and not rushed us to check out so early My parents could have had breakfast before taking the medicine We later learned a local taxi would have charged us 20 Euros maximum to get to the airport but the hotel rental car service charged us 65 Euros

Staff and service is amazing. Rooms and bathrooms need upgrading. Food in the restaurants definitely need a change. Its not very tasty. Other than that its a good hotel.

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend trip. Overall, we were happy with the value we got out of our stay. Food: while the food is all inclusive, because we stayed less than 5 nights no a la carte meals were included. We were both unimpressed with the quality of the food in the buffet dining area. None of it was particularly delicious or hot by the time we sat to eat. The random small section of Indian food was actually the best food we tried. The dessert was also pretty good. Friday night was "Turkish" and it was some of the worst Turkish food I've had while living in Turkey, so that was pretty disappointing. Saturday night was "Italian" and we were surprised by the lack of actual Italian food...it was mostly random meats and potato dishes. The pasta bar didn't have any meat options to add to the pasta--only pasta, sauce, and veggies. Food Service: The service in the main dining area was great. Our waiters were very kind and attentive to our drink needs. There are a handful of areas in the dining room that require someone being attentive to prepare something (e.g. omelette station, pasta station, ice cream service) and I found that there wasn't always someone "manning the station." When there was, there was typically a long line. Coffee: We took advantage of the Starbucks service outside by the pool--not a full Starbucks menu but a decent selection of drinks. Land of Legends was small but fun. We used our tickets/shuttle on checkout day

Her misafirimizin benzersiz olduğunu bilerek, onları otelimizden unutulmaz anılarla uğurlamak en önemli önceliklerimizden biridir. Otelimizin birçok kedinin yaşadığı bir park içerisinde yer aldığına dikkatinizi çekmek isteriz. Şehir belediyesi onları takip ediyor; Muhtemelen onlar için kedi evleri yaptıklarını ve onları sürekli beslediklerini fark etmişsinizdir. Tabii ki kediler otelimizin alanına meraktan giriyor. Hijyen standartları nedeniyle hayvanların yemek alanına girmesi elbette yasaktır. Bu konuda ekibimizin gerekli önlemleri aldığını bilmenizi isteriz.
