“Pool area with the hot tub was very pleasing, along with plenty of restaurant’s to choose from. Only complaint is that I booked a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room and the entire level smelled like weed. Complained about the smell to the front desk and they said sometimes their systems messes up bookings which is the reason for the non-smoking/smoking room mix up.”

“I had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. I arrived later than expected, and check-in still went smoothly and quickly, which I really appreciated after a long day of travel. The overall experience felt easy and welcoming, and the property was well kept. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable, hassle-free place to stay.”

“Large room and bathroom. Great water pressure. Easy to park. Nice staff. But very strong smell of ammonia in lobby and wifi do not reach 4th floor (you have to go to lobby to use). Very boring area around hotel and about 15 min drive to town. Not very good breakfast but a really big plus for real eggs in the scrambled eggs. So totally ok but very overpriced. ”

“this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcoming I received at stay at the casino. The registration was a great experience. I was assigned a room on floor 21 with a great view. The room was very large with all the amenities one could wish for. I received a free buffet and slot play when i signed up for a players card, plus a free drink coupon. The staff in the buffet were very attentive and friendly. I only played the slots but came out ahead. Overall a very positive experience. ”
