    Bienvenue dans votre pied‑à‑terre idéal à Antibes, au 4 rue Fontvieille, dans une résidence neuve, calme et élégante, parfaitement située entre les plages, le centre-ville, le Port Vauban et la vieille ville.
    Un emplacement rare, pratique et recherché, avec en plus un parking privatif en sous‑sol, un véritable atout à Antibes.

    Dès l’entrée, vous découvrez un appartement lumineux, décoré avec soin, pensé pour accueillir jusqu’à 6 voyageurs dans un confort total.
    Le salon s’ouvre sur une belle terrasse, idéale pour prendre le petit-déjeuner au soleil ou partager un apéritif en fin de journée. Le canapé se transforme en véritable couchage, parfait pour deux personnes.

The location is excellent. The apt amenities are also excellent. But I’m giving this an overall 8/10 for a few reasons:The check in time was very late, which is inconvenient. When we checked in at around 6pm, we went to the key lockbox and the keys weren’t there. We called the host who informed us that the cleaners had the keys and were still cleaning the apt, even though it was well after the check in time. Why did the host not warn us to not bother going to the key box which was many blocks from the apt location?After finding the empty box, we went to park the car, then walked to the apt, but now the cleaners had left the apt and taken the keys to the key box.The street address of the apt was apparently provided in a link somewhere, but was missing from the main check-in instruction that were provided several times. The provided parking spot was ridiculously tight for a midsize car - we ended up leaving our car in the spot throughout the duration of our stay to avoid the stress of trying to get it in and out. When we finally left the parking garage, the clicker to open the entry gate did not work, we had to call the parking helpline to have a human open the gate. Within the apt, we used the sofa bed, there were pillows and a duvet, but no sheets or covers. The air-conditioner was extremely weak, especially in the living room. Beyond all of those issues, we enjoyed the space. If the host fixes these issues, this apt is a 9.5.
