## Neighborhood

Close to shops and the beach, you will be at the best place to enjoy all the French Riviera animations. You will be at 25 min walking from Marineland as well as the Old Antibes, or be able to discover the beautiful villages of Biot and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, located a few minutes away by car. At last, thanks to the station located just nearby, you will discover the mythical cities of Nice, Cannes or Monaco.
