Första våningen charmig lägenhet, som har alla bekvämligheter som du letar efter: fullt utrustat kök (diskmaskin, spis / ugn med huva, kylskåp med frys, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, mixer),, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, satellit-TV i 2 rum, trådlöst internet, stereo, bärbar DVD-spelare inkl. DVD, altan inklusive matsal och lounge.
Sovrummet och gästrummet kommer med en dubbelsäng. En sömn soffa (dubbelsäng storlek) finns i vardagsrummet. Alla rum öppnar upp genom franska dörrar till Juliet balkonger! Badrummet har en dusch samt ett badkar, två fåfänglighet och en handduk / förvaring garderob. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Värme och luftkonditionering i hela lägenheten ska trösta dig under alla årstider.
Från den 1 januari 2011 kommer vi att erbjuda en säker garage parkeringsplats, 3 minuter från lägenheten (ingår i hyran).

Barn är mycket välkomna i vår lägenhet. Vi erbjuder en vikbar baby-säng, sängkläder och sängkläder, barnstol, leksaker för stranden etc.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, lovely apartment with lots of room. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes. It was especially nice that the property manager Jenni kept in constant contact with us when we arrived in Antibes, met us at the apartment, and showed us how to operate the washer, dryer, dish washer, and internet, and again met us at the apartment for check out. Antibes is a beautiful town. The apartment is about a 10 minute walk to the train station for those who want to explore other towns along the Côte d’Azur, like Nice, Cannes, Menton, Grasse. There are a couple of nice beaches nearby, and there is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment for the bus to Juan Les Pins, which has a long stretch of public beach. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

One of the best equipped accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great French feel. Well located for old city and walking distance to everything we wanted. Such lovely, helpful hosts. Very clean and comfortable. Our car was too big for the included car spot so we paid to use the nearby parking station and it was very convenient to the apartment. There was more noise than expected due to the bus stop located outside the apartment building but we are not used to city sounds and I can see how the bus would be very convenient for guests without a car.We were there during a heatwave and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location cannot be beat. We spent 11 days here getting to know Antibes and it was a perfect base. Old town Antibes and the surrounding beaches are an easy walk, and the apartment was well equipped for a most comfortable stay! Jenni is an incredible manager - easy to communicate with, warm and friendly with insightful information about Antibes. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Antibes apartment

The apartment was immaculate and well stocked with everything one could possibly want or need. Check in was a breeze. The location was just adjacent to Old Antibes and was within easy walking distance of all points of interest, restaurants and the waterfront. I’d reccomend this place to anyone contemplating a stay in the area.

Perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr stilvoll, (fast) schon luxurios, privat und geschmackvoll. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist hervorragend, im Zentrum, alles Interessante (Altstadt, Hafen, Markt, Strand und Picasso) ist einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Und geben eine 5* Empfehlung.

Thank you so much for a truly wonderful stay! This has been one of the best vacation rentals we've ever experienced. The apartment is so thoughtfully set up for travellers—we appreciated every detail, from the little sewing kit (which I actually used!) to the well-stocked cupboards filled with a great selection of coffees and teas.The welcome basket of chocolates and chips on the beautiful wooden table was such a kind touch, and the chilled bottle of rosé waiting in the fridge made our arrival feel extra special.The decor is warm, stylish, and comfortable, with a beautiful library of books to enjoy and a lovely terrace that made our time here even more relaxing.We’ve had a wonderful week and will carry very fond memories of our stay in Antibes. A gem

My grand daughter and I , we have spent 15 day in this Antibes apartment. With a great location ( minutes away from shopping, train station and buses) this apartment is nice, warm, well kept and has all necessities to make any stay pleasant. Clean with good beds, this apartment is very nicely decorated. I want to thank our hostess for making our stay very pleasant! It is a gem!

Wir hatten etwas Pech wegen umfangreicher Arbeiten in den umliegenden Straßen. Ebenso wegen des Wetters, Es war kühler als in Deutschland.Hat unser Ausflugsprogramm jedoch nicht beeinflusst.Wohnung gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Wonderful stay in Antibes.

Wonderful time in a very comfortable and well equipped, delightful apartment. Well situated close to the main square with numerous bus stops close by and within easy walking distance of the train station. Great interaction with the local host Jenni. If we return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

Delightful apartment in centre of Antibes

Beautiful spacious well-equipped apartment very close to shops and restaurants, and about 10 minutes walk from the sea, the station, and the old town.We stayed in December and loved it so much that we rebooked it for next year as soon as we got home.

Wonderful stay

Our favourite stay on the French Riviera. The apartment has a central location so it is easy to walk to the best of Antibes, the market, Royal beach, the Picasso museum, and many restaurants. There is baker just on the next street for your morning croissants warm from the often. The train station is a short walk and it is easy to a train to anywhere on the cote d'azur. The apartment is well equiped. A MONOPRIX department store is just across the street. For those who don't know it, department stores in Europe have very good food markets on their lower levels. The apartment manager, Jennie Baxter was very helpful with many details such as getting a taxi to Nice airport at 7:00 am for an early flight. We highly recommend this this apartment and hope we can return in the future.

Wonderful apartment!

Mrs. Schumacher has fitted out this apartment with everything anyone might need including 3 different ways to make your morning coffee. The apartment was also beauty and it was a joy to just be there.

Our favourite apartment in Europe

We have rented apartments in Rome and Avignon. This apartment in Antibes is easily the best. It is very well equipped with an excellent kitchen, laundry (washer and dryer).. At Place de Gaulle (a less than one minute walk) there are bank machines, a coffee house and a restaurant. The train station is about a 10-15 minute walk. The marche Provencal (a covered but outdoor market) is also a short walk. We hope to return to Antibes next year and this apartment, if available, will be our first choice.

Another amazing stay at this beautiful apartment

This is our third time staying in this beautiful apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a truly wonderful holiday. It is close to many beaches and is in the heart of the Old town of Antibes. We have two teenagers, one slept very comfortably on the sofa bed and the other in the second bedroom. Die Wohnung ist für zwei erwachsene Parteien ideal aufgeteilt. Jeder hatte seine Privatsphäre und die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche sind großzügig und gemütlich. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist zentral, daher ist es etwas laut, da die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Vor der Haustür ist eine Bushaltestelle - man braucht also kein Auto. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!Auto. ,daher leide laut

Amazing Antibes Stay

Amazing apartment in a great location to access both Antibes Old Town and local beaches. The apartment is truly a home from home with EVERYTHING you could need. The place is all bigger than pictures appear. It has 2 good sized double rooms, large bathroom and separate WC. Highly recommend!

Repeat Stay

This is my third time staying in Waltraud's apartment and I could not be happier. It is remarkably well and thoughtfully equipped down to the little details and in plentiful supply. I like the location a lot with everything you need a block away and the beach a ten minute walk. I plan I staying here on future visits to Antibes.
