Wonderful place

Beautiful relaxing villa
We had a lovely stay in this villa. Outside area is very nice and quiet, with shade and sunny areas available. Pool is large and warm. Air con in bedrooms and dining area is effective. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels and well equipped kitchen. Garoupe beach is a 10-15 mins walk with a few restaurants. It’s easy to get Ubers to local towns and restaurants. Would stay again.

Splendid stay
Dear Simone. We were enjoying a beautiful week in your house which offers just everything. The beach and the cap are easy to reach by foot and are worth visiting. Beautiful property in Beautiful Cap d’Antibes
The villa and grounds were beautiful. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Our group enjoyed the pool very much and the pool furniture was great. We were only a short walk from Plage de la Garoupe which was a nice sandy beach with a free public option or a private option at Plage Keller. We did both, but really enjoyed the lounges and umbrellas along with food and beverage service on the private beach. Be careful walking on the “sentier” around the Cap, the last quarter mile was walking on boulders! Natalie was very responsive to our questions and Simone, the owner, was easy to work with. The villa is well equipped and our group of 6 enjoyed the stay very much! Do arrange a private chef for one night, such a delight!

a luxurious stay in a beautiful and convenient location
Wonderful stay. The house and pool were as beautiful as pictured. Close to bus stop to get into town. Close to Keller beach and the Sentier Littoral. Convenience store and excellent restaurant around the corner. We had some minor electrical problems but Nathalie was immediately available to help. Would definitely go back.

Perfect location and home
This is house was exactly as describe and more. We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, quiet and luxury area of Antibes. It was an excellent home base location to take various drive to the South of France areas like Monaco, Nice, St. Tropez and etc... It is a very short walk to the beach and hike the "Tire-Poil" path, which was absolutely gorgeous. The house was very well equipped with everything you would need. Oh, the pool was just a beautiful view for your morning coffee and afternoon wine. The house was spotless. The host, Nathalie Brouwer was a doll. She made check in so easy and was always prompt in answering any questions you might have. This is our first time to visit the South of France and will definitely book this property again.

Ein Traum am Cap d‘Antibes
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt am Cap d‘Antibes. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und der Pool ist toll angelegt und groß! Wenn man möchte, kann dieser auch gegen Endgeld für die benötigte Energie beheizt werden, was gerade im Herbst super ist. Strand und Restaurants bzw. Bar in fussläufiger Nähe und die Lage bietet sich an für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Monaco, etc. Oder man erkundet das wunderschöne Cap direkt vor der Haustüre, welches man sehr schön umwandern kann. Auch zum Schnorcheln bietet sich die Gegen an. In Summe hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank auch an Natalie, die uns sehr nett begrüßt und alles im und am Haus gezeigt hat.

Wow. Just beautiful
We loved our stay here. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated. The pool is amazing and beautifully landscaped - jasmine, lavender, olives, figs, lemons to name a few of the plants around the pool and house. We enjoyed hiking on the Cap, exploring Antibes and Juan-Les-Pins and a side jaunt to Italy one morning. Great place. Don't hesitate to book!

Paradise in France
The property is gorgeous and the photos do not give it justice. The pool area is nicer than some resorts that we've stayed at. Walking distance to the beach, hiking, restaurants, market, bakery, butcher, sigh... we miss it already! We'll be back!

Amazing villa and stay
This is our second visit to this Villa and its is amazing. The pool is better than most hotels in juan les pins and it is equipped with everything you need. Our arrival was smooth and Nathalie Was lovely. I would highly recommend this Villa and we will be staying here again in the future.

Great pool and villa
We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. The pool is absolutely amazing and the seating arrangements around it make it super comfy. One reason we originally decided to book the villa was the bed dimensions. It did not disappoint, the 90x200 beds are quite unusual for French properties. The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was working fine. Ample parking for the 3 cars we had with us. One thing which we also conveyed to the villa manager was the mosquito nets, which def need replacing. All in all though we had an amazing time and this villa it‘s definitely going to the list of properties we will be returning to.

Merveilleux Cap du Antibes!
We had the most wonderful time in Antibes! The property is beautifully appointed, and its location exceptional. We arrived and went straight to Plague Keller for dinner after a long flight from San Francisco. Natalie was excellent in welcoming us and showing us how the security system worked for both the house and the pool. Over our 2 week stay, we had many guests as we have family in Europe, and the kitchen was well appointed and the outdoor dining table was perfect for long family breakfasts, lunches or dinners! The house was perfect for guests with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs for guests. I loved a morning walk around the Cap, while others slept in and met me for coffee in the morning at La Cremerie du Cap - which was around the corner from the house and had wonderful coffee and most things we needed to feed our extended family throughout each day and the owners were very friendly! We enjoyed meeting our neighbors and exploring the amazing French Riviera - Cannes, Nice, Cap Ferrat, St. Tropez, etc. All in all one of our all time favorite holidays! We hope to be back very soon! Nice villa with a perfect location
We stayed for a week in October with an extended family. The Villa is very well located in the Cap of Antibes with a short walk to the beaches and to the center of Antibes. Everything was as described and Nathalie was very helpful and kindly explained everything related to our stay upon arrival. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even in the end of October. Highly recommended!

House well equipped. Outside beautiful. Nathalie welcome very friendly. Master bedroom very large and downstairs bedroom good. Two other bedrooms upstairs smaller and no proper wardrobes other than in master. Bathrooms need updating Bedding needs improvement Kitchen well equipped. Kitchen table beautiful but not ideal to eat at as impossible to clean We would return and had a great time however some freshly updated furniture and decor would really enhance this ideal location. luxurious house in quiet neighbourhood
Nathalie was there to greet us and to show us the (extensive) security arrangments, she speaks perfect English and explained everything very clearly. The house is large, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with plenty of pots, pans, crockery and glasses for a large group. We were only two and loved having the space and the peace and quiet. The surrounding area is very quiet - we were there at the end of April - and it is possible to walk to Juan-Les-Pins and to Antibes but we found it easy enough to drive. The pool is very large and very deep and the area at the front of the house is a lovely sun trap - there is a large gas BBQ and plenty of seating and it is very comfortable. The only downside from our point of view were the security requirements which meant sleeping with the house alarmed and the shutters closed (not a problem in the huge main bedroom, but probably less attractive in the smaller bedrooms). There is, of course, air conditioning which we didn't need. Overall the house is a lovely place to stay, and we would certainly go back.
