The space
The principal villa (ca.200 sqm), of the compound has 4 ensuite bedrooms with each large double bed, a spacious living area, and modern kitchen, internet and TV.

The guest house (ca.100sqm), is composed of 3 ensuite bedrooms, spacious living area and kitchenette, outdoor terrace with some seaview and easy access to the pool.

Guest studio (ca. 38m2) sleeps two and has its own modern kitchen/dining table, living area (sofa), bathroom and additional WC/cloak room and privtae outside terasse.

A spacious Garden con-joins all three buildings. Large heated pool allows pleasant swimming or pool parties also off-seoson.
Property is located within walking distance between famous Eden Roc hotel and Belles Rives hotel on the west side of Cap d' Antibes about 100m from the sea on a very residentiel and quiet road.

Sandy "La Garoupe beaches" and famous "Plage Keller" are 2 minutes (car) away. Sandy beach "Plage des Ondes" is closest to the property (walking 350m).

Famous "Le Bacon" and "Le Cesar" restaurants can be reached by car within 2 - 3 minutes.

Location is perfect for outdoors activities by the beach or around the peninsula.

Port Gallice and Port Crouton marinas are within 5 - 7 minutes walking.

Famous Mougin golf courses are only 20 minutes by car. Biot golf course is about 15 minutes away.

Antibes and Juan les Pins village centers are a short car ride (ca. 5 minutes).

Nice airport is approximately 25 minutes by car away, Cannes (Croisette) can be reached by car in 10 minutes, Place du Casino of Monaco by car in40 minutes and Sanremo in Italy is less than an hour away.

Guest access
The property is self contained and secured with high walls. The bright garden is sunny all year round and the large heated pool allows swimming also in the off-seasons.

Covid-19 Free compound,
you dont need to leave the compound, however there are Great all year round destination for outdoors and cultural actvities as well as for water-/diving -/sailing-/ and other sports.
