From the moment you enter, you'll be captivated by the authenticity of the exposed stonework and the softness of the natural and elegant decor. The first floor opens onto a welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa for relaxing moments with a TV, a cozy dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, etc.).
This bright room opens directly onto a private terrace, a little haven of peace, ideal for enjoying breakfast or reading a book in peace. A laundry area is also available.

Upstairs, you'll discover a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a modern bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the bedroom, you access a sun-drenched solarium furnished with a bistro table and two chairs, perfect for a sunset apéritif or morning coffee.

Everything has been designed for your comfort: air conditioning, high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, linens provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), and a bed made up for your arrival.
