This nice and comfortable 70 sq. m apartment, located on the 6th and last floor (with lift), includes :
-a big and furnished terrace,
-a charming living room,
-a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm),
-a bedroom with 2 single beds (that can make a double bed)
-a perfectly-equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hotplates, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
-a bathroom with a bathtub/shower,
-vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
-TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

Although the barbecue is visible in the photos, it cannot be used.

## Neighborhood
Located only 3 min away from the beach and the sea, you'll be able to enjoy the sea air in order to fully relax. You'll be near all the shops, restaurants and bars. The Antibes train station will only be a 5 min drive away, and MarineLand will only be a 15 min drive away. Don't forget to go explore Antibes' old city, known for its small and nice streets, its Picasso museum, and the Vauban port and the ramparts. Finally, you'll only be a few min away by car from Cannes and Nice.
