## Space

Enjoy and Stay offers you this beautiful studio apartment with mezzanine on the 2nd floor, without elevator, of a building in the heart of Old Antibes (please note that access may be difficult for people with walking difficulties).
The apartment has been tastefully decorated. Its mix of wood, white and stone creates a cosy atmosphere that you'll never tire of.
The studio comprises a living room with a sitting area and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the same level you'll also find a double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet.
On the mezzanine you'll find the sleeping area.

Its central location offers easy access to all sites and amenities.
The train station is a 10-minute walk away and the beach a 5-minute walk.
And there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The Provencal covered market is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

The apartment has broadband wifi and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.

## Neighborhood

Le Vieil Antibes is one of the most popular areas on the Côte d'Azur. You'll be staying in the most sought-after, liveliest neighborhood, close to the port, sandy beaches, bars and restaurants, and the Provencal market. Thanks to its double-glazed windows, you'll be able to sleep in peace and quiet.

## Transit

The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and there are many buses to Antibes.
If you're coming by car, there are plenty of (paying) parking lots, and a free shuttle bus park is just outside the old town, at the start of the port.

ZERO communication with host . Air conditioning broke, kitchen trash bin found full of food waste. No response from host . Picture is deceiving . Bedroom is a small loft with VERY low ceiling. Have to crawl into bed and what ever you do, don’t sit up in bed ! Will hit your head . Ladder is steep , and sketchy , for getting to bed . Shower found dirty with old razor left behind

Nice place to stay, would overall recommend it and we'd stay there again, a few points so you know what you're getting into:- everything was as advertised, no surprises- communication to check in/out was super easy, there's just a lock box with a key- the bed area ceilings are very low, don't plan to sit up in bed and it's definitely a "crawl" not "stoop" situation- was pretty clean but could use a good vacuum and the range hood, under the microwave, etc. were pretty dusty- the shower is tiny, you can't bend down to wash your feet and if you're 200lbs you may have trouble fitting at all- says it has "laundry" but it's only a washer, you need to dry your cloths in front of the AC - they provide a drying rack which works fine overnight, but you can't dry your suit/towels in 20min like you would with a dryer

This apartment’s biggest strengths are its location and air conditioning. It’s very centrally located in Old Town Antibes, on a safe-feeling, quiet street that’s close to everything. The air conditioning was a huge plus during the summer heat and worked well throughout the space. There’s also a washing machine, which was convenient to have during our stay. That said, the apartment is much smaller than it appears in the photos. The shower in particular is tiny. We’re both under six feet tall and even we found it cramped. Anyone over six feet would genuinely struggle with the height and size of both the shower and parts of the apartment overall. While the linens and kitchen area were clean, the apartment itself could really use a deep clean. There was visible dust on surfaces and there was mould in the shower. We were also surprised by the lack of basic amenities that are typically standard in a vacation rental. There was no shampoo, no beach towels, and no hand soap in either dispenser. There was a hair dryer and iron, but otherwise very few of the little touches that usually help make a space feel guest-ready. All in all, this was a good home base for two shorter guests who were mostly out exploring. If you’re tall or looking for comfort and amenities, this might not be the best fit — but for us, it did the job.

Property was not clean and we didn’t receive check in or check out instructions. Poor communication from the property managers. The location of the property is excellent so we are glad to stay there for 2 nights, however, we looked forward to moving on to our next location.
