Mas Fleuri, 2 Heated Pools & Sea View

  • Welcome to Mas Fleuri, a 350 m² villa in a peaceful residential part of Antibes, with panoramic Mediterranean views, two heated swimming pools and 2,500 m² of landscaped gardens. Blending Provençal charm with contemporary comfort, the villa welcomes up to 10 guests in five en-suite bedrooms. It’s a wonderful setting for families and friends who want to spend time together without giving up their own space.

    TWO PRIVATE HEATED POOLS

    Enjoy two pools in separate areas of the garden, both heated to 28°C year-round, with pool heating included in the rental price. The larger pool measures 11 × 5.5 m, while the second measures 7 × 2.8 m. Sun loungers, terraces and quiet garden corners make it easy to relax between swims.

    ROOM TOGETHER, SPACE APART

    The villa has two living rooms and two kitchens across its contemporary and Provençal sections. Everyone can find their own favourite spot during the day, then gather for meals and evenings together. Kitchen facilities include an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

    FIVE BEDROOMS, SIX BATHROOMS

    All five bedrooms have air conditioning and their own bathroom. One bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed; the other four have 160 × 200 cm beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. There is also a sixth bathroom for added convenience.

    THE GARDEN & OUTDOOR LIVING

    Start the day with breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean, enjoy lunch in the shade, or share dinner outside at the 10-person dining table. The grounds also offer a gazebo, barbecue, table tennis and several terraces, with plenty of space to relax.

    COMFORT & LOCATION

    The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and living rooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine and dryer, and private parking for up to five cars. Antibes Old Town and the beaches are a short drive away, making Mas Fleuri a peaceful base for exploring the French Riviera.

    Your group has exclusive use of the villa, both swimming pools, the garden and terraces. The house is arranged over several levels connected by stairs; floor plans are provided in the photo gallery.
