The hotel is beautiful, cozy, and in a great location, close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful cozy little gateway and a perfect spot for my Antigua stay adventures. The property was in a marvellous state with no issues and a great interior design for the rooms. Having a private patio and a fireplace was such an unexpected plus, that I didn't expect having. Breakfast served fast and special to you, staff had been very welcoming and accommodating. I advise everyone to feel comfortable choosing this place to stay

We stayed in the terrace suite which was a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and luxurious toiletries. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and possible to have it on the terrace. The terrace is cute and has nice views. The staff are helpful.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The breakfast was delicious and the room was gorgeous! I had a large tub and shower and lots of room. It was close enough to walk to the main attractions of Antigua Guatemala. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with the architecture and design thoughtfully curated. The hotel staff were kind and the included breakfast was divine, especially with the surrounding scenery either in the courtyard or on the upstairs terrance. I hope to go back one day!

Our stay at the Cacao was amazing and everyone at the reception was super nice & helpful with all of our requests. Breakfast was delicious & we had it to go for our early morning tours. The Loft style room had a unique layout & was able to easily request housekeeping when needed. The rooftop terrace is cute & quaint; full of beautiful plants. Located in a safe cooldesac, about 13-15min walk to main town center & very walkable. Thanks to Francesca for all the recommendations and allowing us to practice our spainsh!

This place was amazing!!! I was in love with my room that had beautiful chimney in the center of the room, a private garden patio and amazing bathroom upstairs. The staff was very helpful, the place super aesthetic and unique decor, rooftop view, free mega delicious breakfast where it can be brought to tour room or any place in the property. A few minutes from the central park, and as a solo women travel felt safe even at night time, highly recommend👌

loved our room! extremely spacious and tranquil. the staff was amazing and the breakfast was devine. the only things that i would say were different from my expectations were that i thought i had a private terrace.. but the door just leads to the general upstairs terrace.. also, there are plants by the room window so there is no view of the volcanos from the room.. and on a clear day you can only see the volcanoes while standing on the terrace as there is a tall wall blocking part of the view. but i still fell in love with the place.

It was our first time staying here and we enjoyed every minute of it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is exceptional. Lots of friendly faces and lots of smiles and always willing to help and answer our questions. Our whole family enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace while enjoying the views. Breakfast was delicious and always fresh and hot. We felt very safe the whole time. It was a bit of a walk to the center but worth it! We got the Loft Suite. Room was a bit tight for a family of 5 but plenty of beds for all and we didnt really spend alot of time in the room. No AC but fans available. We opened window and felt cooler. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again!
