This dream house is designed to create a true sanctuary in Antigua Guatemala.

We are often described as the most relaxing, romantic, dreamy and unique place.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The villa includes 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and 3.5 bathrooms.

You will find a king size bed in the main room and queen beds in the secondary rooms that comfortably accommodates 6 people

The main bedroom has a dreamed bathtub that you will definitely love.

LOCATION:

The house is located in a residential area but you will be very close to the center of town. If you want to go into town it takes 15 min walking and 3 min by car. (transportation services are really affordable).
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: This house shares a common entrance hall and a laundry room with another property.

This property was a dream! It was love at first sight. It’s secure, modern and has very beautiful architecture. The beds were so comfortable! The bathrooms were very beautiful. I loved waking up to the view from the master bedroom every morning. The glam area in the bathroom with the lit makeup mirror was incredible. There’s a full length mirror in the closet as well. The couch is very comfy, but does need some cleaning. The kitchen is fully equipped. Juan was very responsive and had great communication. The security guy that works in the gated community was so nice and always greeted us with a smile and welcomed us back every night. We always felt safe. Ubers found us very easily and it was only a short drive to the old town and extremely cheap. Please don’t worry about safety. As a female traveler literally everything is secure. Even after you enter the home you must have a code to get into the house and no one can get in. The walls are very high up so no need to worry. It’s very well lite as well. We loved being able to do our laundry. The washer and dryer were top of the line. There was no smells in either of the bathrooms and the hot water worked well! Give it a minute to warm up before you jump in. The shower pressure was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again.

I recently stayed at Modern Home in Old Town through Vrbo, and unfortunately, it was not the experience I hoped for. I paid for an extra day to ensure access to the property upon arrival. However, when I got there, the previous tenants were just leaving, leaving the house uncleaned and not ready for us.The sliding doors were another issue; they lacked any mechanism to lock or secure them, which raised security concerns during our stay. Trying to reach out to the host for the keys proved challenging, adding more stress to our arrival. Despite these troubles, no refund was issued for the extra day we paid for.In an attempt to "compensate" for the inconvenience, we were given a small studio with just one bed. With four of us in need of rest, this was far from acceptable. The lack of adequate sleeping arrangements made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating.Overall, the lack of preparation, communication issues with the host, and inadequate compensation left us highly dissatisfied. I would not recommend this property based on this experience. It was a disappointing and inconvenient experience that fell far below expectations. Adding to the frustration, the bathroom situation was less than ideal. One upstairs bathroom had a persistent and unpleasant smell, the other lacked hot water, and the bathroom downstairs had a sink that wouldn’t drain. These issues made our stay uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.Overall, this experience was marred by cleanliness issues, inadequate.
