It wasnât screwed on clearly for that to happened and we also notified right after the incident happened after breakfast. The manager said no problem. Afterwards at night they said the owners wanted us to pay. We contacted Expedia to help resolve this issues as we lost trust with the hotel. I donât blame the manager but the owner. They clearly are penny pinching and also all inclusive breakfast is misleading⊠they charge for an ounce of milk with your coffee and every little thing.
