Ny fristående frontlinjevilla på prestigefyllda Fuerteventura golfbana

Modern NYTT Bygg 3 sovrum, 2 badrum 5 * Villa med 6 sovplatser.

Casa Palmer har utsikt över den 16: e Green of Fuerteventura Golf Course - Denna mästerskapsgolfbana var värd för Spanish Open 2004. Villan har fantastisk utsikt ner mot farleden och från takterrassen kan du ta en fantastisk havsutsikt.

Utomhusområdet har en privat pool (uppvärmd utan extra kostnad) solstolar, grill och matbord och stolar utomhus. Det finns till och med en övning att sätta grönt för att njuta av ..

Det stora sovrummet, med dubbelsäng, har ett badrum med duschkabin. Det finns ytterligare ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett tredje sovrum med två enkelsängar. Alla rum har garderober och luftkonditionering (och gott om klädhängare !!)

Det finns ett modernt fullt utrustat kök med ugn / spis, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kyl och frys. Tvättstugan ger ytterligare tillgång till en tvättmaskin.

Loungen har utsikt över poolen och 16th Green. Vi erbjuder gratis WiFi och multikanals-TV med filmer, Sky Sports tillsammans med en DVD-spelare och BOSE-högtalare för musik.

Villa ligger i ett utmärkt läge med tillgång till alla lokala bekvämligheter - stormarknad, barer och restauranger alla inom gångavstånd. Centrum av Caleta De Fuste ligger cirka 15 minuters promenad, en 10 minuters promenad tar dig till Alantico Shopping Center & Beach. Om du föredrar en taxi kostar det bara cirka 3/5 euro på väg.

Villan ligger bara 15 minuter med taxi från flygplatsen och kostar cirka 15 euro på väg.

Tillhandahålls också för din bekvämlighet - Strykbräda, strykjärn, hårtorkar (ett i varje badrum), bad- och badhanddukar och ett säkerhetsskåp.

Stunning 5 ⭐️ villa - beautiful location

We had an amazing week celebrating our Anniversary. This villa is stunning. Spacious rooms with welcome air conditioning. Located on edge of beautiful golf course so very peaceful when sitting by its lovely pool. You are only a short stroll away from Centre of Caleta and all it has to offer. Villa is absolutely spotlessly clean and very comfortable and luxurious. Definitely will be returning x

Another excellent stay here

Previously stayed for 4 nights back in Jan 2021 and finally made it back. Excellent property, very clean with heated pool and Air con in lounge and all bedrooms. A pleasure to communicate with Joanna and & Michal and all questions were promptly answered. We hired a car for the duration of our stay to explore other places this time, but you can walk to the Spar shop in around 10 - 15 mins if you wish. This is also where you can access the beach. I can highly recommend

Fantastic villa

Communication with owners was very quick. All questions answered. Villa was spotless. Had everything you needed. Pool area was amazing, so much space - to sunbathe, dine or just chill with a glass of whatever. Will definitely return. And you get the sun all day.

Just back from a fantastic holiday,villa was great just like the weather, the location is brilliant as you can walk to all the bars, shops and restaurants. It was only the wife and I so a villa was a lot more space than we needed,but we sure enjoyed the extra room and the pool was a bonus

Brilliant place to stay

We have stayed in a few villas around this area and this was our favourite one so far. Villa has everything you could need and everything in the villa was of high spec. Communication with owners was easy. We would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to Joanna and Michal.

Vacaciones ideales en familia

Bonito, bien cuidado, cómodo, la villa lo tiene todo para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos. Muy bien ubicada, encontrando cerca cualquier servicio necesario, pero a su vez aislada de ruidos y aglomeraciones. Un lujo poder pasar unos días en sitios así.

Perfect patadise

There is literally nothing that I can think of that would have made my stay any better The hosts have thought of everything and the whole villa was immaculate and so well equipt. The standard of the furniture, utensils and towels etc are of superior quality. There were games, a portable speaker there aswell as the beautiful pool.to entertain us. We were really impressed by the night lighting around the pool and the outside area Just perfect really, evertyrhing was. We will definitely visit again

10 nights in Casa Palmer

We know Caleta de Fuste very well having stayed many times in other villas, Casa Palmer has a great location and a lovely view of the golf course you have the view of the 16th fairway and green. Pool area was great 4 wicker beds with cushions and 2 more casual sunbeds and 2 parasols, a outdoor table and 6 chairs, table could do with being replaced as wicker is breaking off, a outdoor sitting area with small table. Inside villa has a lovely and comfortable settee, kitchen is well equipped and lovely to arrive to a small welcome pack of milk, water, tea, coffee and wine. The bedrooms are 2 doubles and 1 twin room double with en-suite and a bathroom both have large walk in shower, I realise bed mattresses is a personal choice but for us and our friend the mattress in main bedroom and 2nd double bedroom we’re just far too hard and made for poor nights sleep but others may prefer a hard mattress but for us way too hard, the communication with the owners were great in advance of our stay and as our stay was 10 nights it was lovely to have a mid stay towel and bedding change, the pool was also cleaned twice a week what would be a huge bonus is a mid stay outside area clean as the wind brings sand, dust and foliage and it just slightly spoiled the look a little but I did brush up and wipe down every 2 or 3 days outside. we all enjoyed our stay and when it’s time for the mattresses to be changed I really hope they will be a little softer and we will then be repeat guests for sure.

Amazing Villa

We have just come back from the most amazing week in Fuerteventura. The villa was fantastic! Gorgeous views across the golf course. Super comfortable sun loungers and furniture to relax and a short walk to all the shops and beach. It literally had everything you need to make your stay a wonderful experience. Will be back soon (didn’t want to leave!) and would highly recommend. Joanne and Michal were brilliant and fantastic hosts! Thank you for allowing us to make some incredible memories.

eine wundervolle Unterkunft

Liebe Joanna, Lieber Michal, wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche perfekt eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden, vor allem ausreichend Geschirr, Tassen und Gläser. Die Spülmaschine konnte immer voll gepackt werden, ohne dass etwas fehlte. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir selten genutzt. Wir waren fast nur draußen. Eure Sitzlandschaft dort hat es uns sehr angetan. Der Pool: kuschelig warm und von den Maßen nicht zu gross, nicht zu klein. In der Umgebung bekommt man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants. Einzig der Fluglärm war manchmal störend, aber nur wenn die Flugzeuge das Haus Richtung Flughafen passierten, was aber nicht immer der Fall war. Ach ja: Das Bett! Christmas 2023

Everything was perfect from my first message when booking. Great communication with the owner. Check in,cleanliness,location,facilities were all first class. Everything was top quality both inside and out. The pool was great and very warm. Even the neighbours were good. Would highly recommend this villa and will hopefully be booking again in the future.

Lovely villa on golf course

Villa was lovely and well equipped. Was slightly annoyed at having to buy toilet rolls as every where else we’ve stayed at this was included. Location very quiet and about 15 minute walk from amenities. Not alot going on around this area too quiet. Would choose a different location next time due to the location of the villa. Lots of problems with electrics at the villa. Fuses kept going off.

A November week in Casa Palmers

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casa Palmers, which was a great base to explore both Fuerteventura and Caleta. We only wished we'd extended our holiday so we could have spent more time just relaxing at the villa. The Atlantico Centre, with a Spar for groceries, shops and small eateries, is a 5 to 10 minute walk and Caleta centre, a 15 to 20 minute walk. The villa was very clean and we found it comfortable and homely. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The tv was great, and although we never usually watch tv on holiday, my husband was very pleased to be able to watch one of his Team's matches he wanted to see! We only used the pool once, but it was a lovely temperature. The exterior was very nice and the view of the golf course was lovely. Communication with Joanna & Michal was great. Casa Palmers is the 3rd villa we've stayed at on the same development and is our favourite. We hope to book it again on our next visit to Caleta de Fuste.

Lovely property with all the mod cons you need for either cooking in or walking to restaurants, only a couple of issues, one with the doors that were unfortunately broken, and no second parasol as base broken. Overall wonderful time had by the grandchildren and all in and around the pool😘

Gorgeous villa

Beautiful villa situated on Golf Course. I thought there would be lots of Golfers passing by but it was very peaceful. Outdoor space was great. Pool was lovely. (Cleaned twice during our stay). The villa itself was clean and well thought out. It was only a short walk to the beach (10-15mins) and to the restaurants it took approx 20mins. Quiet resort, ideal for families. Would recommend to other families. There is a harbour too which is where you can book any water activities/ boat trips and you can also see sea lions there and chipmunks on the rocks! Tip- We did an online shop for our groceries in England before we left for our holiday and got the supermarket to deliver on the day we arrived. (Mercadona Supermarket) which is really handy for the heavy products like water and cans.

Ladies escape!!

4 mums decided to escape reality of home life for 4 nights, the location was fabulous, just a short walk to the shopping centre and a little bit further to the town. The accommodation was spotless with towels for each guest, the sun beds had their own cushions on which were the most comfortable sun beds ever and provided the perfect setting for sunny naps! The pool was perfect, if a little warm and the views of the sea and golf course were perfect. 10 out of 10!!

Easter break

Just come back from a week stay, had a great time, lovely spacious villa with nice scenery near to the beach with a really well heated pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a quiet break but close to shops, restaurant and the beach.
