Stor studio lägenhet med panoramautsikt över havet

Stor lägenhet på första våningen på privat komplex, med 2 gemensamma pooler och lekplats. Costa Antigua har flera barer / restauranger i närheten av komplexet. Det är en avslappnad utväg bara 10 minuter från flygplatsen. En satellitutväg Caleta de Fuste, som ligger bara 20 minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden, där du kan mata de vänliga smörgubbarna eller prova på fiske eller 5 minuters bilresa på vägen. Caleta är en upptagen utväg för familjer och par som har flera mangjorda sandstränder med solstolar, parasoll och erbjuder säker simning tillsammans med en mängd vattensporter. Anläggningen har många barer och restauranger som erbjuder en mängd olika rätter och komplimanger den avslappnade atmosfären i orten. Ytterligare 5 minuters bilresa är två 18-håls golfbanor. Lägenheten är väl belägen för att använda som en bas för att besöka resten av attraktionerna som ön har att erbjuda, såsom Jandia stränder, Zoo Zoo och botaniska trädgårdar, sanddynerna i Correlajo och Baku vattenpark.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit Blick aufs Meer, die alles bietet was man braucht. Mit dem Auto sind Einkaufszentren innerhalb von 5-10 min erreichbar. Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Good for single traveller

Great communication from Kim and John who stay underneath the studio I was in . Always on hand not that I needed them until the last day where they kept my suitcase. The studio is great for solo travelers with plenty of room and a great balcony to have a meal,I made breakfast every morning. The sofa bed was very comfortable but again I was alone and would be a tight squeeze with two. All in all not the Ritz and I was very happy for the week with no complaints.

Disappointed with owners

Overall my wife enjoyed her stay the apartment was clean and plenty entertainment around the only downside was My wife did not receive the 50€ deposit as agreed have had no reply from the owner or booking office on that note would not rerecommend at the moment ps still no deposit returned as of today .

As previous reviews have said, the communication appears to be quite poor between the owner and the person supposedly holding the key to the property. When we arrived 'Lynne' was nowhere to be found. Thankfully there were some guests leaving the complex who had a number for a fella called 'John' who kindly came and collected us and let us into the apartment. The studio itself was clean and had everything you could want for our stay including a washing machine and travel cot!! a must for us!! if not a little on the small side. The complex itself was mainly British folk who had bought out there, all very friendly and happy to have a chat. There are a few bars and a Chinese restaurant (the best on the island apparently) outside the complex and a good size supermarket. Otherwise the beach and town of Caleta De Fuste is a good 30/35 minute walk. So make sure you take a good pair of shoes, you can get a taxi across which will cost around 3 to 4 euros. The apartment is very close to the airport approx 10 mins by car. There is a chap who lives on the complex that is more than happy to take you back for 10 euros. Over all we had a really relaxing stay, however if your looking for some good nightlife and entertainment and a beach on the doorstep this is not the place for you.

Great Holidy

Great Holiday But with some minor gripes We loved the location with the walks along the sea path but not sure it would suit everyone as it is very quiet we had a car so if we wanted more it was accessible to us Loved the outside space and sea views Although small the best bathroom and shower i have ever used in the canaries and i have visited on average 8 weeks a year for 20 years The kitchen facilities again were very good to TV & WiFi worked well Now the downside and these are only minor gripes and did not detract from our stay linen and towels need upgrade could do with relocation of TV Would we stay again definitely would recommend unreservedly Paul & Eileen Sylvester 21 July 2017

Lovely property, poor communication.

The apartment itself was fine. Clean, good location and facilities. Alas the communication was nothing short of shambolic. When you arrive at 9.30 at night to a gated apartment block, and you have previously advised your arrival time, you expect someone to be waiting to let you in.... Unfortunately for us, that person (not the owner, the "responsible" individual on site) decided going out was a better use of their evening! It took some calls and time to finally get the keys (from another resident who assisted as clearly someone was having too good an evening), just what you want at that time. The process of leaving was equally shambolic. I advised we had an evening flight do would be departing late afternoon. Come the final day I get a text advising we need to be out inside 30 mins! Suffice to say I was unimpressed and agreed to leave at lunchtime. We cleaned and left it spotless, only to be advised by text to leave the keys in the apartment as she was going to do other things.... If you are looking for an apartment, this is a lovely location, and this is a clean and tidy place, but good luck getting the key when you arrive! Because of this I cannot recommend.

great views very quiet area, studio clean well stocked,sun allday at the back then on the front, it has wifi tv dvd player, 2 swimming pools, supermarket 5 minets walk, safe secure complex,people around very friendly,neil and lyn who look after the place help if you have a problem, main shopping centre only a 20 min walk,along the sea front or a 6 min by taxi,were you will find a large sandy beach this place suits a couple with a little one or not,

Arrivati alla casa senza difficoltà, ricevimento da parte di Linn molto cordiale e anche i sui amici .Consiglierei alla proprietà di sostituire i cuscini del letto, mettere a disposizione un ombrellone nel terrazzo molto soleggiato, integrare qualche pentola/padelle, scolapasta (per noi italiani), ho lasciato a disposizione una caffettiera moka per il caffè italiano. Sicuramente consiglio a tutti un soggiorno in questa proprietà. Grazie Max

En términos generales calidad precio no está mal, tuvimos que hacer limpieza nosotros al llegar por que no había echo limpieza y por las noches hace mucho calor dentro del apartamento.

We enjoyed our one week stay in this well equiped apartment, with a fantastic view of the sea. we had free wifi included, there was a table and two chairs out on the balcony but would have been nice to have a sun lounger or two on balcony also. Overall a relaxing and comfortable apartment.

Me and my partner are just back from here last week for my 30th and our first holiday abroad together and I must say. We loved every minute of it. So much so we tried to extend our stay ha. The property is perfect for a couple and the views were amazing. Sun all day starting from the balcony in the morning and out the back in the evening. There were 2 pools that were always quiet, never busy which was great and if you fancy a bit of bizz it's just a 10-20 minute walk along the promenade where you will be met by chipmunks which will eat straight from your hand. There is a beach close by, about a 20min walk which again is stunning. The owner made it easy by arranging for us to be picked up and taken for a shopping from the supermarket on way back from airport which I suggest to use as it saved the trip afterwards and the man only took 10€ to do so. Overall it was a great holiday and we will for sure be visiting again. Thanks!!!
