Ny på marknaden våren 2017 har denna helt renoverade villa med 4 sovrum totalrenoverats inifrån och ut och alla möbler och apparater är helt nya och av hög kvalitet. Denna moderna villa består av en rymlig halv öppen planlösning, matsal och kök, ett modernt badrum med walk-in regndusch, 4 sovrum, två tvillingar, en singel och en master dubbel med stort badrum, igen med promenad- i regndusch och dubbla handfat. Villan är helt luftkonditionerad och har Wifi och ett stort utbud av TV-kanaler, inklusive många engelskspråkiga kanaler. Det finns en DVD-spelare med ett brett utbud av familjevänliga DVD-skivor och en PS3 med spel för att hålla barnen underhållna.
Det finns ett nytt, fullt utrustat modernt kök och tvättstugan är utrustad med strykjärn och strykbräda och tvättmaskin. Alla handdukar tillhandahålls, både dusch och pool / strandhanddukar. Alla sängkläder ingår också.

The Villa is just amazing. We had a wonderful time there, the pool is nicely warm and the environment was very quiet. As others mentioned, you sometime hear the airplanes coming in, but that did not bother us at all. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything, even a sandwich-maker was there. We would definetely come again and we can warmly recommend this vaccation home (10/10).

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Der Pool ist das Highlight mit seiner angenehmen Temperatur (beheizt im Herbst). Eins der besten Häuser, die wir bisher gemietet haben und sowohl Nikki wie Gabi vor Ort waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß erreicht man sowohl einen Einkaufsmarkt wie auch den herrlichen Strand innerhalb von gut 15 Minuten. Aber es ist schon angenehm mit einem Auto für größere Einkäufe oder um auf Erkundungstour zu gehen. Außer ein paar Flugzeugen ist das Haus ruhig gelegen, kein Autolärm oder Hundegebell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gern wieder kommen, wenn es uns erneut auf die Insel verschlägt. Vielen Dank!

The villa is decorated to the highest standard and extrememly well equipped for a self catering holiday abroad. The towels provided were of good quality and the information book told you what colour to use indoor/outdoor.There are a lot of ornaments on display, but at 6 and 7, out girls were old enough to know not to touch them. The welcome pack was greatly received and knowing the contents before we arrived, meant we could arrive straight from the airport at lunch time and make a sandwich for everyone, before hitting the supermarket.The pool was cleaned every Tuesday and Friday morning whilst we were there and the pool cover kept the water to a lovely temperature.Although the villas are next to each other, as they are all bungalows, nobody over looks the garden, unless they go up on their roof terrace - which is a rarity.Would we recommend this villa to our friends? - yes! The only suggestions we could make to the owners of things we would have liked to have been there are - a pizza cutter in the kitchen (yes you can use a knife but a cutter is far easier), a set of barbecue tools (if there were some there, then they were very well hidden) and hooks on the back of the doors to hang the towels. All the towels had a loop to hang them on, but there was nowhere to hang them when you were not using or drying them.10/10

We stayed at this fantastic villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary with family, and it truly didn’t disappoint. The communication from Nikki and Gabby was excellent throughout, and the villa was exactly as described – beautifully presented, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. Having stayed in many villas over the years, this is genuinely one of the best we’ve experienced. Would 100% book again if we return to Fuerteventura – highly recommended!

Winter getaway

The property lived up to all of our expectations and all the rooms were a good size. It was the best equipped property we have been to especially the kitchen. February Sun!

We had a great 8 nights stay in this lovely villa. We have stayed in many villas in Fuerteventura and this one was one of the best. It was immaculately clean, well looked after and in a perfect location. You could tell lots of thought had gone into the villa with its open planned feel. The tv pack was a bonus for those colder evenings. Communication was easy with the owner and the property manager. Everything we could have wished for from a villa for some winter sun! Thank you!

Perfect villa for family holiday

We are a family of 7 and have enjoyed a relaxing holiday in the superb villa. It was absolutely spotless and the owners have thought of everything that you could need It's a short drive from the airport and there's a super Spar 2 minutes away by car for all your supplies It's easy to zip around the island by car, so we managed to see Corralejo in the North, Ajuy to the West and Costa Calma in the South You can Scuba, snorkel and kayak on this island. I would highly recommend the villa as a perfect base for exploring Fuertaventura.

Amazing Villa!

We have just returned from an amazing 12 days in this beautiful villa. We do Villa holidays most summers and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. There were 6 of us ranging from 2 teenage boys through to grandparents. From the moment we booked, to the holiday dates, all communication with Nikki was easy and quick. The villa was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, even a cool box and ice packs if you wanted a picnic on the beach. Even lots of Tupperware to make self catering even easier! The villa was very spacious and the outside area had the perfect amount of space - we never felt crowded. We loved the decor as well! The location is fab - 10 min walk to the Atlantico centre where there are some lovely shops and a great supermarket, and a beautiful beach. A further 10 minute walk from there takes you to the main centre where there’s more restaurants and some great water activities which were popular with our boys. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to get away and have some time to switch off from the craziness of home!

Relaxing holiday

The villa was so clean when we arrived. We arrived late at night and the process to get in was easy. Our teenage boys loved the pool. Nikki and Gaby were fantastic, very helpful hosts, they even visited with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday. They left us a llittle welcome pack ready for our arrival which was much apprciated. They also arranged a taxi for us to get back to the airport. The walk to the shopping centre and EuroSpar supermarket was about 10 minutes. We walked to town and the harbour several times getting a taxi back which was around 4 euros. I wanr to say a HUGE thank you to Nikki and Gaby, you made our stay relaxing and stress free. You are wonderful hosts.

Cleanliness of eating area

The BBQ was left in an awful state it took as a long time & effort to get the grill clean enough to eat off so disappointed over this as not something you should be expected to do in a "luxury villa" plus the glasses cupboard could do with a general clean lots of dirty ring marks from the glasses. There is no information regarding the location of the town & markets in the villa's folder which would have come in handy all that is listed is restaurants. We missed the property manager twice as she turned up unannounced maybe an allocated time would be more beneficial then maybe we could have had the chance to ask her questions about the area. The beach is amazinging incredibly beautiful which isn't to far to walk & Piero's in the town is a great music bar good for an entertaining night out. Overall the villa was nice nothing over average we enjoyed our stay. Would we return No!

Check in process very easy and the villa was spotless. Welcome pack on arrival with all your in the moment needs. Kitchen was well equipped. Air con throughout apart from bathrooms which by the way are very modern and spacious. The whole villa was furnished in good taste. Outside the pool area was also spacious and the pool large and warm. Outside seating was very nice and plenty of room. The Wi-Fi wasn’t that great but beyond anyone’s control which in turn made TV watching impossible apart from the huge array of DVDs on offer. We’ve stayed in many villas around Caleta and this would definitely feature in our top two choices. Will definitely be back. Town centre and Atlantic centre within easy reach albeit with a walk. Taxi into town or back 4 euros. To summarise, this villa is lovely and we would highly recommend. Thank you Niki and Gabi. Nothing too much trouble.

Amazing villa

Incredible villa and totally exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean on arrival, spacious and has everything needed for everyone. We are a family of 7 including 4 kids (9-15) so things to note that impressed us: kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for any meal; plastic crockery and cups are handy for kids (and the parents worried that kids may slip and break things); pool is massive and cleaned regularly (at least 4 times in our 2 week stay); good size towels and beach towels for everyone; outdoor furniture is lovely to relax out of the sun without needing to go inside; location is excellent - 10 mins to the supermarket and half an hour for a walk to the restaurants in the town and also for our favourite Algo Mas on Las Salinas golf course. Costs - 20 euros (with tip) from the airport in a taxi. 3-4 euros a taxi into the town. We have stayed in many villas on Las Salinas and this was the first on Campo de Golf and we were not disappointed with the decision to change. Nikki is very helpful during the booking process and Gaby was super friendly when we met her! Thank you to you both - we can’t wait to come back! :)

Beautiful Villa in Perfect Location

Beautiful, spotlessly clean Villa in a lovely, peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Great pool area for sunbathing, catching the sun all day but plenty of shaded areas if you required them. One of the best Villas we have stayed at and would love to return. Thanks to Nikki and Gaby for making our holiday so memorable.
