“I was thrilled with the location. Very short walk into town, and had plenty of parking. Checking in was a breeze by just using codes to the doors. My first impression walking into the building was that it smelled VERY clean. My room was spotless, bright and charming. I stayed in Room #8, and it was the perfect size for a single or a couple. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a blow dryer, but that is a VERY minor mark. 5 stars all around, and will stay here again!”

“The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. “The staff was super nice! The room was huge and very clean! The continental breakfast was good, but it was a bit sad that the restaurant has closed. There is a great pub/restaurant across the street! Plenty of free parking too. ”

“I am disgusted by the behavior of the general manager who hung up the phone on me. I paid for my room in FULL for 2 nights but when I arrived the next day (flight was delayed) I was told I couldn’t check in because they had cancelled my room (kept my money) and sold my room to another guest So that means they got to benefit TWICE from one room Cancelled my room and left me stranded with nowhere to stay And when asked for my money back on the phone with manager, she hung up the phone on me...

“Close to town for shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed Waterhouse and Harlow's Pub. Heard that the Pearl is amazing but did not make it there. Brady's Grill, Beepa and Lulu's Restaurant are in walking distance. Visited Monadnock Eats which is great for grab n go. The last night we enjoyed a firepit at The Riverhouse with family. I forgot the Smores set up which would have been perfect. We all enjoyed the continental breakfast and ease of getting extra towels, Water, Coffee and Ice.”

“We arrived and the hotel had no running water : no working bathroom no showers that worked . They had not had water for 2 days and could not say when it would be turned on again . No one called to notify us or offer a solution upon check in .”
