Ensconced within a 1.000m2 outdoor space, this sublime estate complete with 50m2 outdoor pool with 1.40depth, and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for family or friends ( can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests in real beds and 5 more in sofa beds) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some wonderful outdoor surroundings. Stylish, the home restored design will create cherish holiday memories. The pool terrace is equipped with premium sun-beds so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (charcoal) facilities and regional oven, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features and outdoor shower. An indoor yoga room *extra fee, is also available for those who wish to meditate in some of the best outdoor locations in Crete. We are happy to welcome yoga groups and be able to assist you further upon request ( additional fees apply).

The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in its 6 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 45’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts two bedrooms on the ground floor with shared bathroom, two more bedrooms are located in the first floor, and two more on the second floor, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel and also featuring en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. They are also fully equipped with high quality beds, stylist wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning and smart TVs.

Wellness & Yoga Groups
This iconic wellness retreat, features a curated fully equipped Yoga Room with a spa whirlpool, bathroom & sauna that can be available for Yoga Groups upon request & with an additional daily use fee of 500euros. Bespoke Wellness menus by our private chef, but also a Yoga Teacher can also be arranged upon request and with an additional fee per person per lesson.

Guests have access to an estate of 70acres and the grounds are shared with one more villa! Geroulios Kastro I, facilities and pool are for your exclusive use only. The outside 70acre land and paths are shared with one more villa. Two villas lay at this exclusive Estate. Geroulios Kastro I & Geroulios Kastro II. You will be staying at Geroulios Kastro I. The Yoga Facilities are located in Geroulios Kastro II, and you can book both villas for larger groups upon availability & additional fee.

Location Overview:
The villa is located 10 minutes driving distance from Embrosneros is a very typically Greek village, but many of the villagers have returned from America, Canada and the United Kingdom, therefore forming a very cosmopolitan community. The recently renovated amphitheatre is used for music concerts during the summer months. Embrosneros has a historical castle, cheese factory, bakers and cafes. With a quaint chapel just across the road, you are set for an authentic stay with loved ones.

Embrosneros Village is an ideal choice for an authentic cretan vacation, since it combines calmness and relaxation with great surroundings and within close proximity to Georgioupolis famous beach. It is only 11km from Georgioupolis and you will need 20 minutes by car to reach the beautiful sandy beach. The location is ideal for excursions around the island and especially nature lovers, give visitors the possibility to share both the mountainous beauty of Crete, as well as the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Cretan Sea.
