Titan Villas - Villa Kronos

High quality Coco-mat beds, bathrobes, a hamam and optional pool heating add a luxurious, hotel-like touch, all complemented by the privacy and seclusion of a standalone home. Wide terraces overlook the calm blue waters of Souda Bay and the Akrotiri peninsula beyond, providing an idyllic backdrop for long, leisurely days in the Cretan sunshine.

The location is a long-standing favourite, with Plaka village a 15-minute walk away for traditional tavernas and simple shops, and Almyrida close by for its gently shelving sandy beach, watersports and waterfront dining. Souda Bay’s rich scenery and history offer plenty to explore, from the ancient theatre at Aptera to the Ottoman fortress and poignant Allied cemetery. Chania, one of Crete’s true highlights, is an easy drive for a day or evening out. Villa Kronos sits beside Villa Rhea, and while each is fully independent, they may be rented together for larger groups seeking both comfort and spectacular views.

This single-storey 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) features an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, opening onto the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a full hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso coffee machine. Two double bedrooms (160cm beds) each have an en-suite shower room with WC and direct terrace access, while a twin bedroom (2 x 80cm beds, convertible to a double) also opens onto the terrace. A further shower room with WC and a steam room completes the layout.
