“I checked in on Saturday and I called on Thursday prior to inform that I will need an early check in.
Upon my arrival, the fridge to the room was not clean, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned, and there was a metal piece sticking out on the side of the bed which was dangerous considering that I was traveling with two children.

“The cottage was wonderful, very clean. Had queen bed down stairs and three single beds in the loft. Loved the kitchenette so we could make our meals. “The value for the money of this place was excellent. You have to pay a small fee for access to the Big Canoe amenities, but it was well worth it. Be aware, this is a cabin-like place in the woods. There are spiders, and lots of them. One or two may even get into your cabin or spin a web on your car. Just remember that you are in their home and you'll be okay. Wifi is spotty at best.”

We absolutely loved the place, it is treated against the pests, as despite being so much close to the woods it is still clean and have no unwanted insects.
There are covered areas to hang out out outside, game room, hot tub, gas firepit.
My kids asked when we are going to have place like this, they were very happy to stay there.

“The Anthem House was amazing! The customer service was superb and the studio was beyond our expectations. It’s was surprisingly quiet and the room had a pleasant scent throughout the studio apartment. Love that we had a washer and dryer in the room with detergent, we definitely use it. The apartment came with everything. Only negative was the distance from our studio apartment to the parking lot. We will be booking again in March for our college alumni.”
“We come up to the Berkshires every year for Tanglewood and always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have either a full kitchen or kitchenette so at the very least you can have coffee when you wake-up.

“Loved the beautiful historic building! Staff were wonderful and so helpful! Units were very nice and roomy. Everything was very clean! Location was perfect to Strip District, downtown, DLL convention center, and even North Side if you don’t mind a walk. Check-in and parking were a bit of a problem but easily handled by front desk staff. GPS takes you to a paid parking lot beside the building and not into the actual entrance to the hotel.
